Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten.

Staff were super friendly, William and Ning Ning were outstanding, gave excellent restaurant recommendations and were very organised with booking our Ha Long Bay cruise and our transfer to the airport. We even received packed breakfast as our flight departed so early. The apartment is in a super convenient location in the Hanoi old quarter, on the cutest little side road, with some local coffee shops and hairdressers. It was spacious, well equipped with a washing machine, perfect for a family of five.

Hotel was so central just like it says in the name! Spotless clean, great breakfast and the staff were super friendly! Fantastic start to the holiday!

Hanoi Central Hotel and Residence is a fantastic hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – extremely convenient for exploring the city.
The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. They are also very helpful in organizing day tours around the area. The rooms are very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also great and a wonderful start to the day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff treated us like family and were always friendly and helpful—special thanks to Andrew, William, and Ryan for their excellent service.

The room was clean and spacious for 3–4 people, with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and washing machine. Free laundry detergent was a nice touch. The location is great, with many famous restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful. One young staff member even offered to pack food for me to take away when I was short on time.

My family and I all loved this hotel.

היינו 3 פעמים. פעמיים בסוויטה שני חדרים בסנטרל עם חלון ושני חדרי רחצה ופעם אחת כשהיתה זמינות רק לשני חדרים הם משכנים במלון הסמוך קליסטה ששם החדרים קטנים יותר אך בניגוד למלון הראשי יש גם מרפסת קטנה ויותר מודרני ומואר ומצד שני רעש איום משיפוצים ברחוב מהבוקר עד מאוחר בלילה.

처음 체크인했을 때 건물 연식이 조금 느껴지고 실내도 최신 브랜드 호텔처럼 번쩍거리는 느낌은 아니라 살짝 걱정했습니다. 하지만 숙박하는 내내 이곳을 선택하길 정말 잘했다고 느꼈습니다.

완벽한 위치와 정숙성: 올드 쿼터 중심부에 있어 주요 명소와 맛집을 도보로 다니기 최적입니다. 중심가 한가운데 있는데도 밤에는 소음 없이 조용해 매일 밤 편안하게 숙면을 취했습니다.

최고 수준의 친절과 세심한 배려: 모든 직원들이 진심 어린 미소로 맞이해 줍니다. 머무는 동안 필요한 사항을 먼저 챙겨주고 배려해 주는 태도 덕분에 대형 체인 호텔보다 훨씬 따뜻한 대접을 받는 기분이었습니다.

훌륭한 조식 퀄리티: 아침 식사는 주문하고 맛본 모든 메뉴가 하나같이 정갈하고 맛있어서 매일 아침이 기다려질 정도였습니다.

여유로운 12시 체크아웃: 체크아웃 시간이 낮 12시까지라 마지막 날 아침에도 서두르지 않고 여유 있게 짐을 정리하고 일정을 시작할 수 있었습니다.

하노이의 정취를 느끼며 편안하고 기분 좋게 머물고 싶으신 분들께 강력히 추천합니다. 다음 하노이 방문 때도 꼭 다시 찾을 생각입니다.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und war für unseren Aufenthalt in Hanoi eine sehr gute Wahl. Besonders positiv fanden wir das freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Personal. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn William, der uns sehr freundlich und persönlich beim Verpacken unserer Koffer geholfen hat. Der Service war insgesamt ausgezeichnet.

Such a wonderful and genuine hotel, the service is incredible, above and beyond! We've never met such an intimate, kindhearted and hardworking group of staff. The receptionists, Tuyet, Andrew, and Ryan, and many others, were especially knowledgeable and communicative, so kind! They went out of their way to help us order food to the hotel from outside stores, connected with locals to give us insight on various stores or goods we wanted, and even helped us set up a tour to Hạ Long Bay. They are so helpful! Not to mention, they even walked us up to our room and helped us with luggage, without even asking! Each room feels like a personal apartment with your own complimentary essentials, and the A/C IS SO GOOD! Beautiful bathroom as well. Perfect for the summer heat. I can't express enough how incredible the staff were, they are extremely friendly and eager to help, they felt like friends. The breakfast in the morning is delicious, fresh, and the staff there are just as sweet and helpful. Every day has new dishes and sweet treats, and you can even order Phở and crepes. (We highly recommend trying the freshly made yogurt and passionfruit together. The juiceis even freshly made, passionfruit, mango, and watermelon. Felix especially was a very sweet worker, and we enjoyed our conversations with him. Every moment here felt so genuine and comfortable, even the cleaning staff are friendly. This hotel is especially tourist-friendly, highly recommend! It's also a simple walk to old street & many other hot spots. They have connections and are happy to help guide you! Even when we entered our room, they provided us with a map and list of activities, places, restaurants, and spa treatments.
