Staff very helpful and friendly

Cet hôtel était parfait !
Le personnel est adorable, toujours prêt à aider même pour nous trouver des excursions. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a du salé, du sucré, type occidental et local (phô, banh cuon, nems,...) et on peut même commander des œufs et des crêpes faites sur le moment.
Il est aussi très bien situé près de la Train street, du Lac Hoan Kiem, beaucoup de boutiques.
Et les chambres sont confortables, grandes et la literie est très bien.
Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci à toute l'équipe :)

Very nice hotel and the best thing is the whole staff. They make sure everything is fine and you feel nice. Thank you very much for the warm attitude and willingness. The hotel is in the very center of Hanoi and many sights are very close by

We had an excellent experience with Daisy throughout our Vietnam trip. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive from the moment we booked until the end of our journey.

The rooms are clean, and the hotel is conveniently located. A highlight was a staff member named William; he spoke English well and was friendly and helpful. Since I was traveling with my family, ensuring everyone was satisfied was the most important thing, after all.

As part of a 7 days holiday in Vietnam, I arrived at Hanoi Central Hotel which is a sister hotel of Hotel Calista at the Old Quarter. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with tea coffee making facilities etc. Reception staff were extremely friendly and genuinely caring. Recommend this hotel as the location connects well for all the tours as well

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, and clean. Service is amazing staff are all very friendly and helpful. Amenities offered like laundry services, good breakfast, baggage storage. Low noise. Central location in city but calm atmosphere.

Nice rooms,excellent and friendly staff,especially the staff at reception,the lady in morning shift and the gentleman wearing glasses doing night shift were amazing.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
