Pros:

Lovely room ,comfy bed ,tastefully decorated in a great location near everthing but in a quite spot. The staff where amazing , so helpful and polite, we had a late flight home and they were happy to store our luggage , there was also a room to have shower and freshen up. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay! The location is excellent and within walking distance to almost everything. The staff were super friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely attentive. Even though I made separate bookings for a total of 7 nights, everything went seamlessly. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, clean, and had a great variety of options. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in the Old Quarter.
Pros:

This site is located in a great location of the Old Quarter. Everything is in easy walking difference. The room was perfect for us and the staff are the best! We loved staying here so much we came back twice between our other trips as a layover before each departure and before flying home. The free breakfast is hard to beat and the guy making the omelets is so darn friendly.... they all are friendly. Top notch service!

Cons:

I can't think of anything we didn't like. They have customer service down to a science. We didn't eat a many places near by but there is a place/bar just down the road worth checking out. Good food and live music that isn't techno.

A lovely spot to stay in Hanoi! The best staff :)
Pros:

The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Every time we came into reception, everyone was so friendly and lovely in general. We really felt welcomed throughout our stay.

The room was great! We were even upgraded, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The shower was fantastic too, with great water pressure, which is always a bonus!

The spa downstairs was also great and really easy to organise. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi, with many attractions within walking distance. Train Street and the prison were both easy to get to on foot, and Beer Street and the surrounding areas were also really accessible.

We had the best time in Hanoi, and we’re so grateful to the team for helping make our stay so special. Thank you so much, especially for letting us check out a little later so we could relax before our flight. You are the best! :)

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa, bardzo duże i komfortowe pokoje. Duży plus dla nas to połączenie wanny i prysznica w jednej łazience.
