Staff was wonderful. William particularly was so personable and fun. Andrew and young lady at front desk were extremely polite and helpful. They all speak good English. The young lady at breakfast remembered my special request and called out the order every morning to the kitchen; pho ga less noodles and extra chicken. 5 stars for service!
I booked the 2BD family room that was advertised as “with window.” Each bedroom had a small window. However, the living room “window” opened up to a wall. Zero daylight. Had I known that upfront I would have booked elsewhere. If sunlight is not a requirement for you, the hotel offers excellent value. Great coffee and laundry service within a 1 min walk.
Service was first class and so was the food; rooms were pristine clean and they were provided with nearly all necessities; this property is doing a great service to Vietnamese tourism;

I had originally booked the 2-bedroom apartment at Calista Hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed that our selected room was actually located at Hanoi Central Hotel. Despite the unexpected change, our stay turned out to be pleasant.
A special mention goes to Ningning, whose service was impeccable. She was attentive, friendly, and made the entire check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
The apartment itself was very spacious and ideal for families, with two bathrooms which added a lot of convenience. While the air-conditioning units and some of the appliances were quite old, they were still functional and served their purpose well.
Overall, if you’re looking for a large family-sized accommodation in a central location and value excellent customer service, Hanoi Central Hotel is worth considering.
We get the apartment. It is spacious for us with 3 kids. The bed are comfy. We had a good stay here. The staff are very helpful, cheerful and friendly. We really had a good stay here

The room that we booked is a 2 room apartment. This place is actually in an alley a short 20m walk from the main road. Very convenient and walking distance to train station. Center of the city. Nice clean and big place with all the amenities you can find in an apartment. Try nice!
