In just the two days we spent at this hotel we experienced two mechanical issues: (1) The air conditioner didn't work properly when we checked in. It blew cold air and then hot air. A mechanic quickly fixed it, but it shouldn't have happened. He also said that housekeeping had not cleaned the filter (which was filthy), which caused the AC to be far noisier than it should be. Then we didn't have hot water in the bathroom sink or any water at all in the shower. We were told that a pipe had burst. This shouldn't happen in a building fairly new if it were well run.
Our room had a nice view and was pleasant, but these problems should not have occurred.

Water in the distance. Not really on the bay. Paid extra for a king water view. Parking horrible, had to self park down the street at night in 3rd party lot $25 night. Clean room, comfortable bed. Restaurant staff friendly and accommodating as we arrived 30 minutes before closing. I used points for the one night, otherwise would gave been $462 with fees. Would not stay here again.

Airport shuttle service left us waiting for an hour. Just go ahead and book an Uber if they don’t show up after the first call.
The bedding/mattress was super comfortable making for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was wonderful -- freshly cooked eggs instead of buffet style overheated scrambled eggs were a bonus. The cooking and wait were cordial and attentive. Infused water in the lobby was refreshing, especially after a hot day on the water.
The underground parking was disappointing. The spaces were too tight/narrow making it difficult to fit even smaller-sized vehicles in available spaces. Getting in and out of these tight spaces was very difficult.
Location to the Old Port. Easy check in and parking. Breakfast was good.
A little worn in the bedroom but overall good and clean.
