The place is in the ourskirts Baltimore and requires a long ride to visit downtown, inner harbour...
The power was out for 80% of my stay
Loud parties
The room was clean and comfortable.
The hallways were sketchy. No AC, carpets were dirty and torn and 1 elevator was broken.
It was very cheap and comfortable tv apps awesome
Breakfast could be better however the staff is there the earliest so when u come down 7am most is done already from the staff
The air conditioner in the rooms seems to cut off in the middle of the night and the free wifi goes out most times
Clean, well maintained, and quiet.
Location was convenient to Uber to Orioles Park.
Obviously old but maintained. There was a strange smell that I think was some kind of cleaner.
The room was decent and comfortable. We needed a place to stay with our 2 dogs for a couple days after loosing power due to a severe storm on July 4th. The rate through booking.com was very good. We extended our 2 day stay for one more night because BGE said the power probably wouldn't be restored until Wednesday. Of course several hours later our power was restored. The Garner hotel staff was very understanding and refunded our Extra night.
The carpet in the hallways looks very dirty. The hallways smell like marijuana. The free breakfast wasn't very good, basically it was scrambled eggs (powdered) sausage patties which didn't taste very good, something that looked like homefries, I didn't eat any, muffins, bagels and bread, cereal and OJ and Apple Juice, coffee.
Accessibility. Close to home. Price.
I arrived to find the lobby doors open, extension cords stretched out throughout the lobby with fans placed in multiple locations as the air conditioning was not working. Upon approaching the desk the employee did not acknowledge me for several minutes due to the fact that she was on the phone arguing rather loudly I might add with an employee which I found to be very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
