The room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and I appreciate that it was included in the booking. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport.
The hotel exterior and common areas inside are run down. Upon arrival there was a terrible smell coming from the trash cans at the bottom of the elevator. The smell lingered for 24 hours. When checking in, Sonia was more interested in her phone than getting me checked in and giving clear information. The carpets in the hallways are terribly dirty. The fitness room is small, not well equipped, and hot. The water fountain in the fitness room also did not work on my first visit. I appreciated the A/C in the room, but it was loud. The hotel is not conveniently located to downtown Baltimore and getting to downtown with public transport (other than Uber) is cumbersome. I feel I overpaid, but it was a busy weekend in Baltimore and hotel availability was limited.
The staff were very kind and were there to help with anything you needed and it was very clean. The free breakfast was delicious and the bed and room was cozy.

It was good value for the price. Friendly staff. Clean reception area, nice sized pool. Room was spacious and clean. Location really good for eating out.
The floor near the lifts were slippery one of the days as they had cleaned the carpets due a leak but it wasn't clear that the carpets were wet, but other than that, not really anything other complaints
They were helpful to get a room after we had flights canceled. The driver of the shuttle was very helpful too.
It was advertised with a “parking near airport company” that it was close to BWI but it was not—especially during high traffic

Some of the grounds need attention weeds and trimming near the pool.
Breakfast selection isn't the greatest. Could use a waffle or pancake machine. The toaster and cereal dispenser could use some printed directions to help those of us who are less savvy
Very close to Bus Stops to access public transportation. Buses 69 and 70 were very useful for my itinerary.

It’s was hard for parking
Breakfast was shut down practically at 9:30 was nuthin out there no yogurt or milk orange juice was out she didn’t want to fill it. She didn’t want to bring them a whole milk out for the cereal. Boil eggs said no ice turkey sauce she with no scrambled eggs in a container. No waffles or pancakes.
The room was large and clean. The location was convenient. The breakfast was okay.
The lobby felt a little hot and humid, but the AC in the room worked well.

The receptionist during check out focused more on her phone than on people who were on line waiting to check out. Didn't even give a receipt upon leaving the facility.
