Uncomfortable beds no couches. It promotes that they have microwave and refrigerators in the units. There are none. The swimming pool hasn’t been open for five years. Every ice machine is broken except for one.

No fridge or microwave in the room as stated on the booking app. Wifi signal was poor and kept booting us off the internet. 10 day total stay not once was clean towels offered or clean bed sheets.

The room smelled like dirty feet, there was a hole on the bottom of the door for pest and bugs to get in, the area itself was very sketchy, along with most of the people. The pool is completely shut down and was never informed of that upon setting the reservations. Lady at the front desk had no emotion what so ever. She would talk so low I told her I couldn’t hear her but still no care in the world. She had her kid at work (which I understand times are hard and sometimes it’s needed) his hands were fully shoved in his mouth and she would ask him to get her stuff. When I went back for a refund because we refused to stay she wasn’t necessarily brutal but you could tell she wanted to be mean. My family and I will NEVER go back there.
