Close to everything especially to the TD Garden
The location is the only thing we liked.
Extremely disappointing experience. Housekeeping staff and the older gentleman in the lobby were kind and helpful, but unfortunately the rest of the staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and made the overall experience very unpleasant. This was by far the worst hotel of our entire 15-day trip in the U.S.
From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. The bellboy was unexpectedly aggressive when we asked for help with our luggage. Aside from the few staff members mentioned above, the team in the lobby felt cold, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping — no information, no assistance, not even basic courtesy or a smile. We felt unwelcome from the first minute.
The room and the hotel itself are very old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Even the TV didn’t have basic features like YouTube or Netflix, which is something you would normally expect as standard. Overall, the property feels neglected and far below expectations.
Paying around $700 for 3 nights for this level of quality and service is simply unacceptable. We stayed at Wyndham properties in both Boston and Miami; I can’t speak for Miami yet, but I absolutely would not recommend the Boston location to anyone.
We chose not to escalate our concerns during the stay because the atmosphere among the staff felt tense, and everyone seemed stressed and unwilling to help. To be honest, after our experience, we were uncomfortable enough that we worried about how our belongings might be treated after raising complaints. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not worth the price.

The hotel is quite old. I would expect different level from Wyndham brand. Gym is tiny, no parking available for guest (only valet which costs a lot).
Our room was behind elevator and we clearly heard metal hummering up until late night so ask for rooms far from elevator
Good location, functional room, friendly staff. Our room was ready when we arrived and we were able to check in a 14.30 which was really appreciated. Very friendly concierge service staff that hold our luggage on our late departure.

Hotel super bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estacion de metro y a poca distancia del centro. La habitacion tenia cafetera y aguas de cortesia. El barrio es muy bonito, con cafes, restaurantes y supermercado cerca. Volveria sin dudas.

Le coffre de sécurité ne fonctionnais pas seulement batterie manquante, il en avait pas dans l’hôtel, on nous a changer de chambre mais la il n’y avait pas de frigo, on est retourné dans l’autre chambre. La chambre les ressorts d’un lit ressortait du matelas une place inconfortable sur 4. Mais ok pour nous on avait un lit de trop.

Non abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso per quattro colazioni.Abbiamo dovuto spendere altri 57$ per fare colazione fuori dall’hotel
