Good relative value and clean, but need to clarify its website on the breakfast policy.
Pros:

Place is closer to downtown Boston than I thought. Very clean. Nice staff.

Cons:

The website noted the breakfast appeared to be included in the price. But, onsite, the staff stated either a voucher or a $15.00 payment was required. The front desk reiterated that, only to be overruled by a supervisor who I asked to become involved. She did not seem thrilled. Either HI or Booking.com needs to clarify this better on the website. Boston’s hotel prices were exceedingly high this week, including this HI, which exacerbated this breakfast charge/no charge problem.

Well, it was pretty disappointing.

The location is very good, also FD’s attention,

Cons:

Very poor cleanliness. There was hair on the bed, as if the sheets were never changed. Fortunately, I had my own sheets and was too tired to make a scene, I just needed to rest. To make matters worse, we also found hair in the tub and sink, which was really disgusting.

Disappointing stay with unaddressed noise issues
Cons:

We spent two nights here, and unfortunately, noise was a major issue both nights. Our next-door neighbors were extremely loud until 4:30 AM. We called the front desk multiple times to report it. On the first night, security was sent up after our first call, but it had no lasting effect and the disruption continued. Despite calling again and following up the next night, the situation wasn't handled and we got very little sleep throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel is quite dated. Overall, the lack of effective noise management made for a frustrating stay. I wouldn't recommend staying in the future.

needs a makeover
Pros:

large room with good large window and excellent sir conditioning. comfy beds, a heated pool, gym and business center.

Cons:

the decor was dark and dingy. while being reasonably clean, it did little to lift one's spirits
the gym was just a small room without air conditioning with near zero equipment, definitely needs attention.

Comodo se si viaggia in auto
Pros:

Struttura comoda e in linea con gli standard della catena Holiday Inn. La posizione è un po’ decentrata rispetto al centro di Boston, ma è ben servita dalla metro e nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi ristoranti. Particolarmente comoda se si viaggia in auto, anche se il parcheggio è a pagamento. Nel complesso un soggiorno confortevole e senza particolari problemi.

Cons:

La colazione è discreta, ma l’organizzazione potrebbe essere migliorata. Abbiamo inoltre avuto qualche problema con i conteggi relativi al pagamento, che comunque è stato risolto successivamente. Nel complesso, piccoli inconvenienti che non hanno compromesso il soggiorno.

Pros:

Had a mix-up with my reservation and Daniel and his team were so kind and prompt in resolving it. The true measure of customer service is not how you are treated when everything goes right, but rather, how you fare when things do not. This property is a gem and we will return every chance we get.

Got the job done
Pros:

Everything was dialled and everyone wanted to help serve you or quickly get me checked in/out which I appreciated

Cons:

The light from the parking lot bled directly into my room the whole night I had to close the blinds but the stay overall was great. Why is there no main lamp?
