Loved the pool and hot tub and room view.

It was a decent stay;
Pros:

There was a pool on two separate floors; the hot tub had a metal bottom; and you had to use your room key to operate inside of the ekevator

Cons:

No microwave in the rooms. Also I didn’t like that the other areas to get into the building were locked so we had to walk all around the hotel to get into the parking lot way

The staff was helpful. There was no body wash left in the bottle so they brought me a fresh one promptly.

Holiday Inn downtown Duluth the best of the best
Pros:

booked a room for two days so I had some business at st marys hospital during that time. Ive done alot of booking with union business over the years and I must say Ive never been disapointed. Holiday Inn down town has always given great service and its my place to be when in Duluth. Thankyou Holiday inn. ps 4 blocks north of the front is a great pizza place called Pizza Luc’e highly reccomend.

Good Locaton
Pros:

Central location. Close to the train station.

Cons:

The fire sensor/alarm started beeping out of the blue. It got fixed quickly.

Better options in Duluth. We will not repeat

The location is convenient.

Cons:

Long wait to check in. We were given a room that was not ready. Had to go back to the front desk for a new room. Parking lot elevators were out of order. Overall the hotel looks old and tired and while the room cleanliness was acceptable, common spaces (elevators, etc.) looked run down and not well maintained.

Decent place, nothing great nor terrible. Serviceable and in a good central location
Pros:

Nice having two pools on site, and Lyric was a great restaurant on ground floor

Cons:

The only annoying thing was how many doors you had to pass through to get out to the parking garage…
