Pros:

The staff was remarkable. I went to the front desk to ask for help with an AC issue, and maintenance beat me back to my room!

The 8th floor pool where the hot tub was ice cold.

Very nice stay and staff was excellent

Loved the pool and hot tub and room view.
Pros:

Delicious and perfect location for walking distance to stores and lake.

It was a decent stay;
Pros:

There was a pool on two separate floors; the hot tub had a metal bottom; and you had to use your room key to operate inside of the ekevator

Cons:

No microwave in the rooms. Also I didn’t like that the other areas to get into the building were locked so we had to walk all around the hotel to get into the parking lot way
