The quietness was nice

Cons:

We had mold in our hotel room and it smelt musty. The oversized parking lot was filled with people not even staying at the holiday inn. Let front desk know and they just said where we parked is fine but didn’t seem to care about all the other sized cars that could fit in the ramp that wasn’t full

Centrally located, clean, and spacious.
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of waterfront attractions. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Free airport shuttle on weekends doesn't "officially" start until 7am, making this advertised perk impossible for early flights. However, upon further inquiry and follow-up, we were able to arrange an earlier shuttle not listed on the schedule.

Also. Price was a bit steep at over $300 for a single room/night on weekends.
