There was a pool on two separate floors; the hot tub had a metal bottom; and you had to use your room key to operate inside of the ekevator
No microwave in the rooms. Also I didn’t like that the other areas to get into the building were locked so we had to walk all around the hotel to get into the parking lot way
The location so close to downtown.
I wish they offered breakfast.
Breakfast not included
Dated. Run down. Staff are slow. Hot tub out of order.
Location was close enough to bayfront festival park esp with little ones.
Carpet looked and felt dingy
Wonderful experience.Excellent restaurant.Kind and helpful staff all around.
Central location. Close to the train station.
The fire sensor/alarm started beeping out of the blue. It got fixed quickly.
The location is convenient.
Long wait to check in. We were given a room that was not ready. Had to go back to the front desk for a new room. Parking lot elevators were out of order. Overall the hotel looks old and tired and while the room cleanliness was acceptable, common spaces (elevators, etc.) looked run down and not well maintained.
Friendly staff.
Price
The refreshing the room only after 3 days is the dumbest bullshit ever. I am vehemently requesting compensation
Cleaning room
Nice having two pools on site, and Lyric was a great restaurant on ground floor
The only annoying thing was how many doors you had to pass through to get out to the parking garage…
Pool on 3rd floor was freezing!
The attached restaurant on floor 1.
The 2 pools and hot tubs.
The attached covered car park.
N/A
We stayed here for a soccer weekend tournament and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
The hotel was extremely crowded, and out of the 3 elevators, one was not working. Waiting for an elevator took forever every single time, so we ended up using the stairs most of the weekend. On checkout day, we waited over 15 minutes with all our luggage just to get an elevator.
The rooms near the pool area are also very noisy — you can hear everything, making it hard to relax or get proper rest.
Another big disappointment was the breakfast situation. We were a family of 4 and only received five $15 breakfast coupons for TWO days. The breakfast itself was very poor and overpriced for what was offered. Many other hotels provide team rates or include breakfast during tournament weekends, which would have made much more sense considering the cost of the stay.
Overall, not the experience we expected.
Great stay
