Zatrzymałem się w tym hotelu ze względu na aktywności naukowe które miałem do zrealizowania w pobliżu dlatego pod względem lokalizacji był dla mnie wygodny. Przeciętne śniadania, duży parking i całkiem przestronne i dobrze urządzone pokoje.
Zawsze uważam że najsilniejsza siła hoteli są ludzie, a tutaj to była słaba strona, szczególnie jeśli chodzi o recepcję i ekipę sprzątającą pokoje. Sprzatanie było słabe - nie pościelono łóżka, nie odkurzono pomimo że podłoga tego wymagała, nie uzupełniono kosmetyków w łazience. Trzeba było o to specjalnie prosić.
There was bloody underwear stuffed inside the bag with the hair dryer and eyelash extensions in the pull out couch.

Beautiful and modern and clean hotel! Excellent service and breakfast was outstanding.
Swimming pool was closed for cleaning all day!
The breakfast was decent, some staff were trying their best to be helpful.
The pool was freezing cold. Our room had a pull out couch with no sheets. We had to call and wait for bedding to be brought up and then make the bed (which was a dirty and extremely uncomfortable futon mattress) ourselves. We requested a pack n play and had to call several times to receive it. We were told we were supposed to request it when booking, which we did. I even went back to check and had received a email stating my request for a pack n play was granted before arriving. When it arrived it was broken and had to request another. I believe the woman who helped was a manager but she seemed very overworked and stressed.
Bartenders not very friendly
The free cocktails every night. The two bartenders were very friendly and professional. The wait staff for breakfast were very helpful ad well ad the person making our omelets.
One thing was lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough to put my make up on.

We got a refund for 1 night due to the system being down.
When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the whole Hilton system was down so we couldn’t check in and we had to go to a different hotel for the 1st night and then had to go back to the embassy to check in the 2nd night.
Breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Interior view is nice, location is nice. Comfortable setting overall. Will return!

The pool was closed down Sunday afternoon and did not open back up at all that evening so my children were unable to enjoy the pool
