The beds were comfortable
The staff is completely rude and the hotel does not match the description AT ALL! The hotel rules are ridiculous and they make you feel like your are staying in a halfway house lol. You can't have food delivered to the front desk or they will throw it away. You can not have packages delivered there either or it will be thrown away unless it's placed on a designated shelf by the door. You can not come in and out after a certain hour. You can not use the dining room or the outside tables and chairs. You are only allowed in your room and pool area and CAN NOT step foot outside in the patio area or they will kick you out. The manager told me this to my face while trying to use the hottub.I travel at least 3x a month to different states for work and I've never encountered anything like this in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Great price for the location so close to downtown.
You get what you pay for. A bit rundown. I was put in a room right by the elevator and ice machine so I got woken up throughout the night. Avoid room 227.
The space, price and breakfast comfort
Staff was rude to my spouse at check-in because our last names were different on the booking. They were going to turn my spouse and son away at 830pm. We will never stay there again.
The staff was trash except for the night lady. The men who work are trash.
Cleanliness. STAFF, COMMUNICATION..NO REAL FOOD!
Employee Vickie was really nice and kind.
The latest one could check out was noon. We had a morning event that ended shortly before noon, it would have been better with a 1 or 2 pm check out.
Looks like maintenance is a bit behind.. lots of things slightly broken. Not a great shower. However, overall was okay.
It was close to Butterworth Hospital.
It was very outdated inside. The tub and shower walls were stained and didn’t look clean, so we skipped a shower. The toilet or seat was crooked and was so close to the door that it almost hit when you closed it. The freezer part of the refrigerator was in need of being defrosted water was leaking out of it and onto a tray under the fridge. The bed was hard and hurt my back so bad that I couldn’t move without it hurting.
Outdated hotel, breakfast was day old donuts, cereal, and yogurt, smelled like smoke, the party hotel for sure
