Hotelzão padrão de Orlando para receber grupos grandes e excursões. Não encanta mas não compromete.
Pros:

Achei o horário do café generoso (de 6:30 às 10:30). Fizeram a gentileza de ficar com nossas malas após o checkout.

Cons:

Acho muito cara a tarifa que cobram para estacionar carros nesses hotéis. Mas não posso dizer que não soubesse antes.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

The location was perfect and I loved the pool and Tiki bar. Unfortunately Applebee's was advertised as being at the location but it was shut down and no longer operates from that location so it need to be removed from your amenities

Cons:

The king suite was a way smaller than expected. With the bunk bed and television and TV stand that blocked off area for the bunk bed had no space to move around in

It’s a little noisy by the elevator.

As a whole, I love all the IHG hotel accommodations.
Pros:

The room is comfortable and the location is accessible to Disney World and premium outlets.

Cons:

The receptionist was a bit rude because he was talking to me like I can’t understand English. I’m Asian but English is my primary language. I felt offended.

Excellent Service & Friendly Staff
Pros:

We would like to thank Gerson Moreno for his excellent service. He helped us with our luggage, showed us where the hotel was, and was always very kind and pleasant with us. We also want to thank the housekeeping team for their great service and for keeping everything clean and comfortable during our stay. Excellent service from the entire team! 😊🙌
