Great stay friendly helpful staff can’t do enough for you stayed here 4 times now and enjoyed it every time.
Rooms are clean with all the facilities you need , iron and board hair dryer fridge coffee maker .
Shampoos body wash and hair conditioner all supplied.
Our housekeeper was great and room was spotless everyday her name was Idienie and Cathy on reception was outstanding for our requests so thank you we will be back again.

Pros:

The staff was really nice, the hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

The property is old, wasn’t as clean as expected. Room needs a deep cleaning and more ventilation.
There was a light on all night right outside the room.

Mal servicio de TV, por ejemplo la señal de Telemundo era intermitente y estabamos en pleno Mundial y el desayuno no ofrecía muchas opciones y si uno bajaba tarde ya no había casi nada

I liked that the room was spacious and clean
Proximity to most attractions
I liked the massive pool in the centre of the hotel. The pool is also disability accessible

Cons:

I didn't like that the windows do not open, so it got stuffy.
The TV channels were limited
The mattress was too soft.
