It was great as usual
Pros:

Game room pool staff. Really disappointed there is no apple bees .. I bent coming there for the last 4 years with my grand kids … the bar tender at the pool is my girl.

Could have been a little cleaner. Had a little dust here and there. I would still recommend the stay though.
Pros:

The location was close to lots of food, shopping and activities.

Cons:

Had to walk around the pool area to get to our room so this made it hard to utilize the luggage carts.

Great value and lovely staff
Pros:

This hotel is great and close to all the,parks, all the staff are friendly and always take the time to say hello. Alida is a great example of quality service!! Highly recommended for a florida trip

I would always come back.
Pros:

This is our third time here, and their hospitality remains excellent... the staff is very attentive and friendly... one area for improvement would be to introduce some variety or a theme to the breakfasts—perhaps more fruit...

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel.. room spacious and cleaned every day. Pool good size and never trouble getting a spot on a lounger.
Fabian and the rest of the reception staff were really helpful and kind.
Quiet, no disturbances so you can get plenty of rest!

This is always our place to stay. The hotel is amazing and very kid friendly, also having the restaurant attached was a great asset. It is a one stop hotel with everything a family needs. Our waiter Paul has become part of our family, we always try to see him when we are here.

Great Stay
Pros:

I recently returned to the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando–Lake Buena Vista after not staying there for quite some time, and I was very glad that I did. I was in Orlando for work and also managed a quick Walt Disney World Annual Pass visit, making this a convenient location for both.

The hotel was undergoing some work to freshen up the property, and road construction in the surrounding area made traffic somewhat challenging. Once at the resort, however, I found the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

I stayed in poolside room 652, which included a balcony and offered a very nice view. The room was comfortable and worked perfectly for my trip. I also noticed that rooms 652 and 654 would likely be an excellent combination for a future visit with family.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Paul at breakfast stood out in particular. He took the time to answer questions I had about the area and was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant.

The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants. Outlet shopping is nearby, and Disney Springs is only a short drive away.

The pool area was one of the highlights. The refreshed space includes new umbrellas, lounge chairs, additional tables and chairs, and an updated grill and bar. With temperatures very hot during my visit, the cool and refreshing pool was greatly appreciated.

Overall, this was a very enjoyable return visit. The improvements, location, friendly staff and relaxing pool area made it a great stay, and I look forward to returning with my family.

An absolutely wonderful stay! This was our second time coming back, and it was just as amazing as the first. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and highly professional.

Great Experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience here. We just needed a place to lay our heads while spending the day at the Disney parks, but still allow room for us and 3 boys. The bunk beds were a great addition to give each their individual beds. We also enjoyed the service Rafael provided us at the bar. He was friendly, personable, and very accommodating. We can't forget about Michelle at the breakfast buffet. She was also friendly and chatted with the kiddos about visiting Disney. We left our Yeti water bottle behind and she ran out to make sure we got it back.
