Pros:

Ideal location for all the entertainment Orlando offers. Staff were all very friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable

Comfortable and clean, staff very friendly

Cons:

Room location was rough, we were near the loading dock and were woken up each morning, but I believe it wouldn't be as much of an issue in other room locations. The walls were also a little thin, but it's a hotel, we might have just had louder than normal neighbors.

Very pleasant and relaxing.
Pros:

We w eat over night so we could visit friends in a nearby resort. The beds were comfortable, rooms were cleaned, pool deck area nice. I love the “you can’t get in areas without key card”. The concierge was very knowledgeable about good dining and shared other people’s feedback with their experiences of local eateries. He suggested Landry’s right next to them and he was spot on for what we were looking for.

I usually attend other functions in Orlando and we will be coming back.

Cons:

I don’t believe in giving bad reviews and try to give the positive. This is my feedback to those who are not aware of Applebees. I usually do not eat at my local Applebees here in my town due to service and quality of food.
So…the positive is the servers at this resort were friendly. The girl who sat us brought our drinks. We told her we were eating the breakfast bar. We never saw her again with the exception of the bill.
The food was tasty and there is a wide range of options to choose from.
Again rather than bashing I’d rather say for my appetite and the small portion I eat; 19.99 is way too much for a one trip and little bit of this and little bit of that. My suggestion to chilis is to have a one trip price to go along with your all you can eat price. Or make your menu that you offer have more to choose from say like things that are on your bar.

Sad for the park

The beds. Was really confortable

Cons:

We need walk a lot. I parked outside, because the hotels's park was 20 us$/day, and i stayed 4 days. I really was disapointed because the payed park was close my building and there was for 200 cars i gess.

I didn't like the fact that there was a hole in our wall and the shower was not hot and also the water pressure was so hard it was like someone was beating you on the back the pool was starting the jacuzzi wasn't working and the tiki bar that they advertise was not even open it was closed the whole entire time the movie room was so cold you could not even sit down and watch a movie in peace I feel like we should not have been charged for a resort fee when we could not even enjoy any of the resort like qualities of the hotel they put us in the exterior room so it was very dirty on that side and the room was extremely small the shower curtain would not stay inside of the shower and there was water getting on the floor the coffee machine didn't even work I feel like we should receive a refund at least for the resort fee and also I don't like the fact that you have to pay for parking every night. The only reason why we keep coming back to this hotel is because we like to go to the Applebee's that is connected to it if you go to the Applebee's you will definitely get great service from the waiter his name is Paul and you should ask for him by name and tell him that candy and Kenny sent you.. he is overly amazing and will make you feel right at home this time when we went the buffet food was cold but we didn't mind cuz we mainly went to see Paul we always go to see Paul when we come to the area so because of him we stay.

Filthy old, online pictures made it look way better than what it was.
Pros:

I did not like the property at all

Cons:

Dirty outside, cock roaches, yellow ting to the sheets, outdated no USB ports for electronic devices, hardly any water pressure, bath tub did not drain. Not kept up and drapes dirty. To much for the price they asked.
