Didn’t honour the advertised late checkout

Was a good location for what we needed, good free parking on site, nice big room

Cons:

The main problem we had was the booking advertised free late checkout (i think due to genius status), i don’t know if this was an issue with booking or the hotel, or the staff, but on the day of checkout they didn’t honour the late checkout, that was advertised when making the booking, which completely ruined our plans for the day,
Also the bath design meant when you showered the bathroom floor would get really wet, some rooms didn’t have a curtain also,
