Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, modern, and up to date. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated that breakfast was offered as an option. Overall, the property was decent, and we enjoyed our stay aside from the housekeeping issues.

Cons:

The housekeeping experience was disappointing. When we first entered our room, there were urine stains and spit left in the toilet, which was very unpleasant. We also left the hotel for about four hours expecting our room to be serviced, but when we returned, nothing had been done. Due to a language barrier, we had difficulty communicating with housekeeping and ultimately had to call the front desk. In the end, my husband vacuumed the room himself, and we were simply given clean towels and trash bags to take care of ourselves.

Because of this experience, we chose not to have housekeeping the following day and placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. Despite the sign, a housekeeper knocked during my daughter's nap. Since she was already there, we asked only for fresh towels, but instead she entered the room and cleaned the bathroom without us requesting it. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the housekeeping service and communication could definitely be improved.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Had all good options for everyone!

Cons:

Bathroom doors were sliding ones which would slide back open and wouldn't close completely, with nothing to stop it.

Pros:

It’s clean and comfortable . I spoke to Jay over the phone his customer service skills deserve a 100% he was able to help me resolve my issue through a third party regarding booking . Also Saturday when I checked in around 6pm there was a gentleman whose customer service skills was on point !!!
