Our stay was wonderful and would return if we ever return to this area.
Pros:

We liked that the check-in was quick. It was also nice to find our room quickly. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and quiet, and you couldn't hear any other noise.

Cons:

The swimming area. Kids are running and jumping into the pool and the hot tub. It's dangerous to run on the floor by a pool. Our daughter is a lifeguard, and she has seen kids run and bust open their heads from running on wet floors. The parents need to supervise their children.

breakfast was NOT included even tho the person at the front desk made it sound that way when i went to get breakfast was asked if i had a voucher, im gonna be honest ive never stayed at a hotel that didn’t include breakfast which caught me off guard. to top it off the fire alarm went off for no reason in the middle of the night and had to evacuate the building from the 6th floor to find out there was no fire or emergency what so ever

Not as fully expected for a Renaissance hotel.
Pros:

The room arrangement, cleanliness and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The darkness of the room and particularly the hall and bathroom. Lighting was truly poor. Over mirror lightening is better light and not in one's eyes. The room was also very humid!

Pros:

Hotel has their own free parking lot. Lobby smells amazing. Room was very spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom shower doors did not prevent water from leaking onto the bathroom floor.
