Excelente la atencion de todo el personal del hotel,el servicio de traslado a la playas mas las sillas y sombrillas que ofrecen es muy comodo y todo en buen estado y limpio,el desayuno estuvo promedio pero todo fresco y bien elaborado,Recomiendo este hotel 100 %

Very nice hotel we have stayed several times and staff if great

Cons:

They changed the breakfast and it is very sweet and I don’t like sweet for breakfast they removed the omelette station so it is not the same and they charge a daily resort fee that went up by a lot that included the wonderful breakfast but not the same disappointing

Excellent retreat vacation
Pros:

I liked everything. It has a very nice atmosphere and the employees are excellent. The beach towels, bikes, and transportation are A+

Cons:

The breakfast is only includes sweets and some fruits. They should add proteins to it. I received an message right after I make the reservation saying that hot breakfast including omelet station and not to have it it was a disappointment .

RELAXING!
Pros:

The hotel was very well appointed and CLEAN, We were greeted enthusiastically and advised if we would need anything during our stay just to give the front desk a call. I probably had one of the best nights sleep - the bed dressed perfectly and comfortable, We are coming back in August.

Cons:

I really can't think of one negative, A perfect place for our get-a-way.

A good alternative
Pros:

This was my first time at this property. The location is ideal. The room were large and comfortable, with an "old Florida vibe" to it. They have complimentary bikes and van shuttle service. The breakfast was always sufficient but underwhelming. Had a roadside motel feel to it.
I was happy to finally stay here. I do recommend it.
