We booked for 3 person and when arrived no extra bed and no 3rd person amenities was arrange.
Extra bed was charge RM100 per night when you have add on 3 adult in the booking.

In het aangeprezen coffee café was alleen maar warme chocolademelk verkrijgbaar. Had graag iets anders te drinken willen bestellen.

Location and staff

Cons:

Aircond problem, they refuse to let me changes room instead the techincian came and set the temperature to 10c' (before 16c')..guess what it doesnt work as low temp.. It feels like temp at 23c'
Second thing is low water pressure
Last but not least, the bath bomb given hurmm

Pros:

It was pleasant. Nice rooms, good breakfast with variety. Designated parking place.

Cons:

Bellhop did not put complete luggage in my car and a mistake which doesn't matter. I stayed in KL for 6 nights and kept asking the staff to send it to me which they did not after making excuses. It's when situations arise the response of staff is checked and it was polite yet non responsive and loss on my part which they dint care.

I'm very happy. Thingking to revisit but may be after room equipped with ironing set.
Pros:

Spacious room, Spacious bathroom with bath tub, safe swimming pool, high speed elevator, Jazz musical theme, free & easy parking.

Cons:

No ironing set provided. Requested 3x since early morning but not get it until check-out.
Please improve on this matter.

Great infinity pool, very cosy & beautiful but view being blocked by blocks of apartments (yeah, nothing can be done anymore).
