Pros:

The room was comfortable, the rate was very reasonable and the location was great! Loved the bathtub too.

Cons:

The breakfast spread could be better. Also, the bathtub was a bit slippery.

Good location with convenient car park area for pick up.
Pros:

Good location, convenient for car pickup .

Cons:

Facilities are old, refrigerator not working , air conditioner difficult to adjust to the temperature preferred. It is noisy when the fan is switched on. It took few times to get the safe to work properly.

I had a very disappointing stay at Jazz Hotel.

Upon check-in, we were given our room key cards and went up to the room, only to find that the key card didn’t work. We had to go all the way back to the lobby to get it fixed. The receptionist assured us the issue had been resolved, but when we returned to the room, the key card still didn’t work. This meant we had to make a second trip back to the lobby, which was extremely frustrating, especially after a long journey.

After this happened twice, I requested a room change. The staff told me the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t change our room. However, I checked online immediately and found that rooms were still available for booking. This made me question whether I was being given truthful information, which was disappointing.

Later that night, we discovered that the air-conditioning control wasn’t functioning. The room became uncomfortably hot because we couldn’t adjust the temperature. I called the reception three separate times before the maintenance team finally came to inspect the issue. Having to repeatedly follow up just to get assistance is not the level of service I expected.

On top of that, the room cleanliness was below expectations. It did not feel well-maintained, which further affected our overall experience.

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from check-in to the room condition. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both staff responsiveness and room maintenance, as these are basic expectations for any hotel.

Gute Aussicht und Glücksspiel bei der Raumausstattung
Pros:

Der Lift war sehr schnell, Pool und Basic Gymausstattung ok auch wenn nicht genutzt, da erst ab 8 Uhr offen. Frühstücksbuffet hatte gute Auswahl. Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer und schönes Ambiente. Grosse Badewanne.

Cons:

Lage etwas abseits von der Altstadt. Wasserinstallation problematisch. Am Nachmittag gab's kein kaltes Wasser im ersten Zimmer. Wasserspray für WC und Kühlschrank im zweiten Zimmer defekt.

We had a good stay at Jazz hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with alot of variety. The rooms were clean, big and well decorated
