Major disappointment for the money
Pros:

The location was great, I needed to come down for a speaking engagement and it was 2 miles from my destination. I have an electric car so it was around the corner from charging station. There are restaurants and stores, everything that I needed.

Cons:

When I got in the room, it was not completely clean in the bathroom and on the surfaces in the bedroom. For the weekend that Saturday and Sunday there was nobody there for room service or anything to get coffee in the morning, all I got was an apology. And then for my four day stay, they did not clean the room, the housekeeper rudely said we only clean rooms every three days. I went downstairs to ask the front desk if that were true, they concurred.

Convenient and fair price.
Pros:

Overall my stay was good. I have to point out the air conditioner rattles a lot. The television was hard to navigate. It’s not simply turn on and flip true channels.
