Terrible- less then 1 star
Pros:

The front desk clerk was very rude from the time I entered the hotel. As I was trying to check in, he made me wait 20 minutes before checking me in while doing absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The rooms were filthy, bathroom hadn't been cleaned in days, smelled terrible and I after trying to get some rest ended up leaving and getting a different hotel at 3 am because there's no way I could sleep in the filth.

Fantastic ! I plan to be back there in December.
Pros:

The people that worked there went out of their way to be helpful, professional and friendly.

Cons:

I like everything about it.

It is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. The ambiance in the courtyard area was very relaxing.

My favorite thing there was the breakfast.
The food was cooked to order, not just muffins and donuts.

And the breakfast was cooked to perfection !

The hotel itself. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast.
Bella, that works at the front desk was very helpful.

I did not like that in order for me to talk for someone with booking dot com.I have to make an international call.Which calls me a hundred dollars to talk to somebody, and it did not do what they said that they was gonna do. Then, I called the hotel to try to get some help with the situation. And they was very rude until I talk to miss bella, and she was very helpful with my situation. When we booked the reservation, it was supposed to be in my doctor's name. We put everything in her name. But they took it and put it in my name. So I called the hotel to try to change it. They say they can't change it because it's a third party. So I call back again to try to get information from booking to talk to somebody. Young lady told me, I talked you before about this. It's nothing that I can do. I didn't get any help with that until I call back the third time and I talked to Ms. Bella and she added my daughter to the reservation and told me what had to be done. So that my daughter's can check-in. And I know my complaint would not be addressed, but it's asked What did I did not like? So I told what I did not like

Spacious Rooms and Recent Updates
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel for work, and we have had a good experience both times. The property is tucked away behind several restaurants, which makes it feel a little quieter and removed from the busy main roads.

The hotel is an older building, but it has recently undergone renovations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice couch, large TV, and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also roomy, which is always a plus when traveling.

One feature I especially appreciated was the Starbucks in the lobby—perfect for grabbing coffee before heading out for the day. Overall, this is a comfortable, convenient hotel with plenty of space to relax after work or sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.
