Convenient and fair price.
Pros:

Overall my stay was good. I have to point out the air conditioner rattles a lot. The television was hard to navigate. It’s not simply turn on and flip true channels.

Excellent Hospitality!
Pros:

From Pastor Chuck Brannon, Gateway Community Church.
I’d like to give a rave review and many thanks to Blanchard and the Marriott team. We met in the banquet room for the past five Sundays. Everything was excellent. The arrangement of the room and podium, the comfortable chairs, special equipment, the tables, the signage and directions, the lighting - everything was always “ready” for us and on time.
And the most pleasant part was the cooperative spirit and attitude from all the team at Marriott. Once again, many thanks.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service!
Pros:

The manager, Blanchard went above and beyond to accommodate our group meeting there over the past few weeks, making everything easy and welcoming. Their kindness, flexibility, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. We are so grateful and highly recommend this hotel!

So grateful for the fantastic accommodations and kindness
Pros:

We were in need of a meeting place and Courtyard By Marriott came through big. The most accommodating management, providing for our needs as quickly as possible. Making arrangements for seating, providing tables for refreshments, and a lectern for our speaker. If we needed more, all we had to do was ask and it was provided. We especially want to thank Blanchard, who was so willing to do what ever it took to satisfy our needs.
We will always be grateful to the management for the time we spent at Courtyard By Marriott, Boynton Beach, Florida.

Terrible- less then 1 star
Pros:

The front desk clerk was very rude from the time I entered the hotel. As I was trying to check in, he made me wait 20 minutes before checking me in while doing absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The rooms were filthy, bathroom hadn't been cleaned in days, smelled terrible and I after trying to get some rest ended up leaving and getting a different hotel at 3 am because there's no way I could sleep in the filth.

Fantastic ! I plan to be back there in December.
Pros:

The people that worked there went out of their way to be helpful, professional and friendly.

Cons:

I like everything about it.

It is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. The ambiance in the courtyard area was very relaxing.

My favorite thing there was the breakfast.
The food was cooked to order, not just muffins and donuts.

And the breakfast was cooked to perfection !

Pros:

Great experience. Our church Gateway community has been meeting there the last couple weeks while they do some work at our regular place.
The manager there has been very amiable and very helpful. He has worked with us to give us all that we have needed for our church service. What a blessing. Thanks Marriott
