Ok, but would choose a different location if coming back to the area.

None of the ice machines worked. Wanted $50 to check in 30 min early. 1st floor smelled like sewage. Breakfast was just ok. Room numbers falling off the walls. Hallways, elevators and lobby was not well air conditioned and hot.

Bang for your buck!
Pros:

This hotel was a perfect bang for your buck! The pool was amazing in particular—super deep, clean, and fun. The breakfast was everything that we needed; eggs French toast, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, pastries. I was really pleasantly surprised with how regal the hotel looked, and our room was crisp and clean. My only complaint was that they ran out of clean towels to give us, and the pool towels were always snatched up. However, if I was in Virginia again I would definitely stay here!

Pros:

This was a great hotel. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable after a not so great vacation day. The breakfast was great and the pools were a great treat after long days. I definitely recommend staying here everything was perfect for a family of 4.

Perfect place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was included. It was close to Jiffy Lube Live venue, where we went for a concert, and also near restaurants and “quick stop” places for any necessities.

Nice place. Bad maintenance
Pros:

Nice conference area. Nice enough rooms. Ice water and coffee available was nice. Danielle the bartender was great!

Cons:

Maintenance was very poor. Tub faucet wouldn’t turn off all the way and ran continuously. Toilet flushes violently and loudly. 1 of 2 elevators did not work. Ice makers broken.
