Pros:

The beds and linens were very comfortable.

Cons:

I killed 3 spiders within the 10 minutes of being in the room. The light fixture was full of dead bugs. The toilet and shower had no water pressure. The elevator was broken.

Pros:

Room was clean, updated, and indoor pool was nice for kids.

Cons:

AC was weird. It starts working 3 degrees above the set temperature brings it down to set temperature, then waits again until it rises 3 degrees above the set temp again.

Cons:

Postura do atendimento. Chegamos tarde com dois idosos de 86 e 92 anos e haviamos solicitado quartos no mesmo pavimento para poder dar assistencia a eles. Não fomos atendidos pois não havia disponibilidade no priemiro andar, porém ficamos chocados com a postura do atendente que além de não se esforçar para encontrar uma solução, nos informou que poderíamos deixar o estabelecimento para procurar outro hotel. Devido ao horário resolvemos relevar e nos adaptar. Em condições normais teríamos trocado de hotel!
