Pros:

had family banquet - which was well organized and the food was good. Room set up was great. Worked with sales/catering staff (Danielle) who went out their way to assist.

Cons:

Would recommend that guests not come from pool or beach without being covered. There was lots of water on floor from wet suits and bodies!

Wonderful hotel with all amenities and great view.
Pros:

The view from the balcony was wonderful and the bedding was nice. Also, the AC worked well and the rooms were very quiet. I loved that there was a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. That was all so convenient. The bathroom was nice and there was lots of counterspace and shelves in the shower. The room was a good size with lots of chairs. The staff were all very friendly and the location of the hotel was great, right on the boardwalk with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Parking was also convenient.

Cons:

There was no luggage rack in the room nor was there enough hooks for towels. The hot breakfast items were not the greatest and many of the pastries were old and dry. While they did let us eat breakfast outside, they didn't turn on the fans and made us sit in the sun because we weren't allowed to move chairs to seat 3 people at the shaded table.

Staff is very polite. The breakfast was OK great view of the beach. The suite was a very nice size.

Cons:

In the suite, the bathroom was way too small. I had a blood stain on my blanket. I had to remake the bed. I don’t think anyone should have to pay for parking if you staying at their property.

It’s was ok not great. It reminded me of a motel stay.

It was beachfront

Cons:

12 and older is considered an adult for breakfast breakfast. If you select them as a child, they don’t get free breakfast and you have to pay $18 to be included in your free breakfast. The shower was not clean. It looks like they painted the ceiling to cover up mold and errors.

Lydia was Great!!! The restaurant was excellent ( Jim, Sam, Paige, Tanner, Debbie and Julie... alll were GREAT!! along with the rest of the staff( sorry, I don't remember the names 😌). From the view, the people, the location everything was wondering!! Thanks soo much!!!! 20 🌟 🤩
