It was clean, comfortable and close to the airport.
Everything was good.
Very nice clean, comfortable hotel. The pictures of Kansas City are so cool to look at! Everyone was super helpful . Will definitely stay here again!
The hotel seems to be one of the better airport hotels. The staff is super-friendly, and there is a free shuttle. The pool looked decent, even though I wasn't able to use it. The fixtures in the room were solid and ceramic. There is a great BBQ restaurant nearby.
The hotel is in a sort of weird neighborhood consisting almost only of airport hotels. There is a feeling like everything is under renovation and slightly provisional.
La entrada a la piscina debería ser otra para adultos las escaleras esas no ayudan pero si está muy limpia
Very impressed, friendly staff, great service.
Nothing
a bit old
It was fine
Advertised as pet friendly but charged a $50 hidden pet fee and doesn’t even seem to have a dog walk area with trash bin outside for it
$15 add on for a basic breakfast kinda sucks too. I obviously didn’t read the fine print
Toilet paper could be of better quality.
Oetty, I know, but the Mexican hotel we stayed in the rest of our vacation was much better.
Of course I’m probably paying more for it!?
This place looks fine initially. After the first glance it becomes clear it's an old, run-down property who's best days are long gone. The elevator was slow and dirty with a slimy floor. The bedboard chipped and scratched. The old, dirty carpet likely housed stains and substances I didn't even want to guess at. The staff was fine. But when I asked at the front desk whether there are towels by the pool, she gave me what looked like a standard room towel but turned out to be a bath mat. The pool was filled with rowdy high school kids playing football, who didn't cease when I entered. The location was fine, and it was economical on Booking.com. But I'll never stay here again.
