Terrible, dirty and would not recommend to anyone.

Location was close to the expressway.

Cons:

Headboards were torn with mystery stains, pillows had black marks on them, tub was brown. TV didn’t work and staff was rude and dismissive, waving their hand to shoo you from the desk.

Terrible, unacceptable, and unaccomidating
Pros:

There was a Waffle House in the parking lot and they had hot water in the shower.

Cons:

There pool and hot tub weren’t working and the breakfast was cold. I also asked for them to help with getting more waffle mix but they wouldn’t refill it even though there was an hour left of breakfast. Staff was no help and I paid almost 100$ to be there for one night and not get to use any amenities and had to deal with rude staff who couldn’t seem to care less.

We are from Nebraska traveled to KC it was an Awful stay!
Pros:

Our bathroom had mold inside the bathroom sink. The molding along the bottom when you walk in was all coming off.. the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were missing.. the vent in the bathroom were filthy .. and more! I have pictures! Our first room we moved from because the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so they moved us to a smaller room in a corner and we ended with this room!

Cons:

A room that was clean! A not deceiving hotel! The gym was dirty! The equipment was torn seats and the pool was down for maintenance! The whole experience was awful . It was our first trip in 17 years after we buried our children so we wanted it to be special

I liked the pool table that the location was by a gas station and a few restaurants.

Cons:

Pool was only open 4 hours
No hot tub
Was not given any details for wifi
Had to ask for my receipt
Let kids literally run around the whole lobby
Allowed pets
Had a vehicle parked in the loading area the whole time
My bathroom floor had nasty uncleaned corners
Shower head was coming off
Tub was stained with dirt

Not as bad as people said it was.
Pros:

Very nice looking place with a close distance to World's of Fun. The breakfast was not bad for a hotel breakfast.

Cons:

My room had no hot water, air conditioner was a little loud, and there was a lot of sketchy people on our property.

Very disappointing
Cons:

Blood stains on blanket, noisy, saggy bed. Very disappointing!
Paid in full ahead yet you charged my daughter's credit card $200.00 total for them staying only about 6 hours.

Not as bad as other reviews say. It’s decent
Pros:

Well I didn’t read reviews before hand. I don’t think it’s as bad as some saying to STAY AWAY. It’s a 2-3 star hotel and that’s what it is. We were in town for a World Cup game. It was priced high but that’s what happens with big events. It is conveniently located and we got to the Power and Light area of KC quickly. We chose this hotel vs another because the pool looked fun. Well the pool had a “closed by Missouri Dept of Public health” sign on it. There is quite a few areas under construction. The game room was filled with construction equipment. But we were not using that anyways. Just a foot note.
We were on first floor parking lot side. Which is very close to the room so curtains pulled the whole time. But I can’t comment on the elevator because we never used it. The room itself was clean. The toilet required 2 flushes with each use. Not very powerful. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Soap/shampoo/conditioner provided smelled great! The room was humid and the air was ok but didn’t work great. It wasn’t hot in the room per se but we couldn’t make it colder either. Beds were comfortable and we slept well the 2 nights we stayed. Room had a good size mini fridge too. We did discover behind our dresser there was a (empty?) box of condoms and two (empty?) 5 hour Engert drinks. Ay e not as cleanly as my initial impression. Luckily we noticed that on way out when I was looking for misplaced item. We felt safe and secure. Front desk staff was kind. There is a pantry there of sorts which was great because I was in desperate need to Tylenol. Overall just a mid hotel, but I wasn’t expecting the Ritz.
