Unsatisfactory due to the jackhammering
Pros:

The breakfast the first day was cold. The next day better but bland, The location was very good for what we did in Winnipeg

Cons:

They we renovating. The problem when they were renovating is that they were jackhammering and the noise was from 10:00AM to 5:00 PM each day we were there. We came back from a fiuneral for a rest around 11:30 AM and the noise was unbearable. I sent an e mail to your customer service and have not received a reply.

Pros:

The pool was clean and lovely, the room was awesome, the staff were helpful and friendly, the location is great.

Cons:

The carpets were looking in a bit of rough shape but it didn’t impact our visit much and the parking was a little difficult to navigate.

Other than the parkade we were very happy with the hotel.

Nice room, clean and well equipped. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Cons:

In need of updating in hallways. External refurbishment in progress. Very ordinary and dull restaurant area. Car park upper levels only accessible by stairs
