The staff was very friendly the only thing we missed was a microwave in our room but other than that everything was great it did rain of course no one has controlled over that but it got better and was able to walk to the food court the location is awesome especially for walking in the area
No microwave in the room
When arrived at the hotel with my tried from flight, I received my cards to open room went up to tenth floor. Opened the door and room was already used by someone else. Went back down showed them pictures of room. They did give me free breakfast coupons. But it were other guest this or something like it was happening the same day. Hotel cost a lot so there should not be issues like this going on a holiday weekend.
All the Uber drivers went to the wrong hotel 5 times. Too close to the other hotel.

Told a cheaper price by the front desk staff and charged differently
I love how the property is in the center of everything. It’s not far from the places a person would like to visit
Parking but honestly that’s Atlanta you have to pay for parking everywhere
Stayed one night on a business trip. Nice hotel that was very clean. Rooms were nice, clean, and well maintained. A couple of things that weren’t 5 stars was the wait checking in and the pool service. There was only one person working the front desk during peak check in hours. He did great but desperately needed help. Our party went to the pool top to have drinks before the game. Service was very slow and just average on friendliness. Would I stay again, yes.
It was beautiful and clean.
The person Shay at the front desk wasn’t the nicest.
The location (midtown) is great. Easy access to transportation, parks, shopping center etc
When we checked-In late evening, the shower did not have hot water and we had to wait till the next morning to get it fixed. And unfortunately, the issue occurred again and we had to go through the same pain of showering with cold water for 3 days.
Slept pass breakfast time
Nothing
The frontdesk staff were amazing. I must give DeDe her flowers. She went above and beyond for us. Exceptional service from the front desk. DeDe, thank you for being so thoughtful and helpful.
Parking was an adventure but the frontdesk again came through. Can't recall his name but he was very helpful.
The breakfast was awesome, and the lady who ran the buffet (A sweet African American Lady), on Mother's Day morning, was very, very, very nice and the buffet was stacked very nicely!! The facility, to include the rooms were very well kept!
The young man who was there when we checked in on May 9th, didn't smile and was NOT welcoming at all! Secondly, the sign in front of the building said parking was $40 for overnight, yet we were charged $55 and we had to park our own vehicle. If you're going to charge $55 per night, then it should have been valet.
Stayed here for 3 nights in early April with my family while visiting Atlanta. Hotel was overall nice and well located. After check-out I got a charge for an additional night of parking. I attempted to call many times and was transferred from person to person, but never found someone who could help , and never got a call back. Twice, I was asked to email someone (two different people) and I did but got no response despite repeated emails. Finally, I was ultimately transferred to General Manager on one call and left voicemail, which was not returned. I reached out to Mariott Customer Service and also got no response from the hotel. There are plenty of similar hotels to this one in Midtown. No need to waste your time here.
Location to downtown Atlanta.
The glass bathroom door does not provide sufficient privacy. The light emanating from the bathroom is sufficient to wake others during the night. The lack of a microwave in the room is peculiar.
