Pros:

The room was very clean. The bed linens and towels and robes were very fresh, almost new!

Cons:

The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and there was no ice in the ice machine on either day during our stay which was really needed because the temperatures were above 100°. Also could use a microwave in the room to reheat our leftover lunch/dinner.

Definitely going back!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! We loved our room! The furniture was nice, and the wood shutters were a plus! It was nice to get some sun light without compromising privacy. We had a pretty pool view through the palm trees. We enjoyed the pool and cabanas!

Cons:

The shower rod was rusty, the tub was slow to drain and there was a sticky substance on the floor like duc tape residue, but other than that it was very clean.

Hot tubs were cold guests drunking loud abysive drinking with glass containers in pool area no security or untercepting from housekeepung pool staff

Best little kept secret Hotel
Pros:

LOVED everything about this place. I always stay here when I come to Palm Springs. Best Bangalore for your buck!!! Hands down!!!

I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a fresh, modern design. The Palm Springs aesthetic was reflected throughout the property and the rooms. Everything felt stylish and well designed.

Cons:

The air conditioner was quite noisy, especially at night. The location is a bit far from downtown, although it’s convenient for exploring the historic neighborhoods.

Good value for money but be aware of loud A/C
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable room; quiet location close to the tram.

Cons:

The A/C unit was very load, and being a light sleeper only slept 2-3 hours the first night, even using earplugs.
Also, did not get any housekeeping service during my 2 night stay.
