El espacio de las habitaciones estaba bien.
El servicio que dieron. Porque al principio si fueron amables pero me dieron una abitación sucia como si alguien más la uso antes que yo y terminaron dándome una abitación que no pedí. Además la cama estaba cómoda, pero cuando te mueves en la cama para dar vuelta o dormir boca abajo rechina mucho la cama y casi no se puede dormir bien por el ruido de la cama. Además las lámparas no estaban muy bien que digamos pero pues ya pasó suponía que tenía que ser una velada bonita por mi aniversario pero no fue un fracaso total!
La verdad me gusta la zona sobre todo y la habitaciones totalmente modernas limpias, la piscina tu también me gusta porque son grandes y también amplias y se ven bonitas. El servicio es excelente porque pide que me lo cambien las me limpia la habitación y la siguiente día en una hora y ya está todo cambiado y limpiado, así que lo recomiendo la verdad

This was my first time at this hotel. The rooms were well kept. The bonus was that it provided all the main toiletries, in case you happened to forget your shampoo. Overall a quiet and nice hotel.
One thing that was a bummer is that they close their pools at 10 pm. I felt that's a bit early since it's very warm in Palm Springs Their ice machine was down so we had to go to 7-Eleven for ice. not fun.
Love the facilities. The bed is so comfortable, and I love the robe that they provide. Just wishing it is more soft material. But overall love the place.
just a bit concerned, the ice machine is not working. And the room cleaner(not all )only the lady who clean sunday is not approachable. Plus pool clean late. But the lady who clean the bench etc she's so sweet and respectful.
The property was close to the main strip I loved that

The room was very clean. The bed linens and towels and robes were very fresh, almost new!
The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and there was no ice in the ice machine on either day during our stay which was really needed because the temperatures were above 100°. Also could use a microwave in the room to reheat our leftover lunch/dinner.
