All the tables were dirty and the breakfast area was FILTHY as well as out of most of the food items were gone with 45 minutes still left in the breakfast time window!
The mgmt is horrible and rude and liars!!!! Especially AJ who said he was the mgr of which I’m not even sure if that’s true! I didn’t take my phone with me to breakfast so I don’t have any pictures of the breakfast situation.
Decent location
Room was not clean. Used Qtips under sink. Fitness center was terrible. Missing dumbbells broken cable machine broken treadmills. Breakfast was a joke! Lobby smelled like mildew.
They need to shut this place down
We had no hot water
Initially the price, but not worth the money we did spend.
DO NOT BOOK HERE! Rooms were dirty, floors were stained on carpet, greasy floors in bathroom, incredibly worried about bed bugs after waking up with bites on arm, staff were rude, key cards stopped mid stay for both rooms, breakfast food was horrible, no air conditioning anywhere but rooms, and there were lots of drug users around. Overheard 2 different guests have to ask about a new room bc their showers were not working- staff gave them a key to a completely different room just for showers. We were supposed to either have rooms on the same floor or conjoining rooms to accommodate 3 adults and 5 kids, they said that wasn't possible once we got there. Instead my kids got split between 2 floors with adults, however our room had a conjoining door that the neighbors (whom partied all night long for 2 nights in a row) continued to knock on at all hours of the night. When I finally complained about how horrible our stay was, the guy working the desk just turned his back and ignored me.

The breakfast was horrible no boles for cereal no orange juice nothing really good for breakfast no air in lobby no hot water in r room no ice if u need ice u have to go to the 6th floor staff really didn’t care at all about anything

The room had no hot water. The staff knew little about the area for restaurants. The breakfast was poor. It appeared to have destitute people hanging around the hotel entrance.

My son woke up to multiple bug bites was accused of having them before arriving and my son did not!! checked out that morning and still have not received refund for last night stay?!
The accusations
Centrally located. Staff was helpful and friendly.
We had cold water in our room for 5 of the 6 nights we were there. We were told they had a new boiler in the hotel and couldn't fix it that weekend as they were booked. Some rooms had warm water. It was a Wyndham by name but a plaque at check in said it was privately owned. False advertising? Breakfast was very limited. Very run down and old. Not as clean as should be, dust on dressers and we didn't get maid service the entire time. Carpet was loose and a trip hazzard. Bed ok but pillows lumpy and they had a king size pillow with a standard case. There were stains on the mattress pad and one towel didn't look clean. We were told they were new owners, so probably trying to do their best, but, mostly the cold water was the biggest issue.
