The hotel room was dirty, and the free breakfast was not adequate.
Cons:

The baseboards and the floor in the room and bathroom were dirty. The carpet was caked with dirt/grit. I did not walk around without my flip flops on. There was also a dark brown stain on the comforter on the bed. The only protein available for breakfast was peanut butter and boiled eggs. Also, our room did not have a blind on the window. It only had a shade which allowed the sun to immediately shine through as soon as it started coming up. I reported the blind issue to the front desk and they said they would put the blind up with the shade. When I got back to the hotel later that night, the blind was not put up and we had to change rooms at 11 o’clock at night.

Cons:

Staff took almost 10 minutes to come to the front desk to check me in. There was a hole in the carpet in my room and it smelled like cigarette smoke.

It was cheap, I guess you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

Smelled musty, the front lobby was super hot and humid. The room seemed dirty and not maintained well. There was no hot water in the morning. The staff said they would get someone to check it but they did not. Then offered us another room to shower in but it was too late by then. The two things we wanted was a place to sleep and place to shower. 1 out of 2.

La piscina mucho olor a cloro ,demasiado que no se puede estar casi mucho tiempo en ella , en las habitaciones las duchas no calientan nada el agua es totalmente helada ,el aire no enfria mucho ni te cambian las sábanas al dia siguiente estuve dos noches con las mismas sábanas y toallas

Pros:

There was a heavy set middle aged black woman that came on I believe on 2nd shift. Nonetheless, she came off as irritated, condescending to the agent from 1st shift, didn't speak or greet us , rolling her eyes, big and bully like, etc.... And, I am also a melinated woman, so it's nothing related to racism, bias, or profiling. Rather intimidating, (not that I was!),&seemingly disgusted to be there.

Everything else was very nice. Apologies for inputing the comments backwards. Too much to re type.

I was booked for two nights, for a birthday outing and left around 4:30am after the first night, I would never stay ther

Nothing, the staff was rude and indifferent. It felt like was imposing on them simply by checking in

Cons:

I was told at check-in that there was some work being done and there was no hot water, but that it would be restored by 4 pm. About an hour and a half after I arrived. By 4:30am the next morning there was still no hot water. Also the toilet in my room literally flushed once just after I’d arrived, it never would flush again the rest of my stay. The floor I was on smelled of both cigarettes and marijuana which I found strange for a nonsmoking facility.
