Pros:

Centrally located. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We had cold water in our room for 5 of the 6 nights we were there. We were told they had a new boiler in the hotel and couldn't fix it that weekend as they were booked. Some rooms had warm water. It was a Wyndham by name but a plaque at check in said it was privately owned. False advertising? Breakfast was very limited. Very run down and old. Not as clean as should be, dust on dressers and we didn't get maid service the entire time. Carpet was loose and a trip hazzard. Bed ok but pillows lumpy and they had a king size pillow with a standard case. There were stains on the mattress pad and one towel didn't look clean. We were told they were new owners, so probably trying to do their best, but, mostly the cold water was the biggest issue.

Pros:

I have no complaints. The Hotel was very clean. I had a very safe and comfortable stay. The Staff was very helpful and courteous. They provided extra linens and supplies when needed.

Pros:

I was glad we were only staying one night.

Cons:

Honestly, the property is trashy. It looks like it may have been a decent hotel, at one point, but it isnt anymore. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes; including the hallways. The A/C in the lobby was broken. The TV in our room was broken. The room felt grimy. And there was another guest who was flipping out and had to be escorted off the property by police. Not the hotels fault, obviously, but I also feel like that is probably the type of clientele this hotel attracts.

Pros:

I was able to get a reservation in Omaha during CWS

Cons:

Cleanliness, the room smelled, tub was dirty. Front doors didn't work right. Language barrier with the guy checking us in. The entry, smelled bad, saw fans. Saw animal traps in hall way, listed "free". Ice machine was dirty. Not a good selection for breakfast. Some of the lighting in the room didn't work. Carpet looked very dirty.
