This was the 2nd time I stay here and was very pleased with my stay. The staff was great and very professional and nice. Plan on staying here each time I come here for a softball tournament. Location was perfect ballfield right down the street.

Pros:

N/A

Cons:

It was awful! We had the initial room in which there was a nasty bath cloth and a dirty towel draped over the shower. Next, we were provided a new room to which the keys did not work. We went to the front desk three times as the staff said that the keys had been set each time. Final they opened the door with a master key and conveyed that we where to have them open the door if we wished to leave. Not good.... By this point it is being strange.... By the way upon entering the room the A/C nor the TV worked... Next, room they provided which was a nonsmoking room smelled like THC and it was so strong. It was late at this point t so we stayed it was so horrible. I liked nothing g about this stay.

Great stay but needs some improvement
Pros:

How kind and helpful the staff was. Location and cost. Beds were comfortable . Towels were thick and soft. Breakfast was ok

Cons:

The hot water took forever to get warm but never got hot. Breakfast needed something for people who don't drink coffee or tea. Not a big choice of food waffles with only griddle ver slow scrambled eggs sausage links ran out of both. Bagel white bread both were hard
Very noisy at night kids very loud in the hall and on their room. Someone knocking loudly and a door several times

Horrid
Pros:

One nice front desk staff member, but he often wasn’t at front desk. It was empty.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and very beat up—out of repair. It was one of the ugliest, simplest, raunchiest hotels I’ve stayed in—in the world—in my 60 years of life on the planet! Just don’t book it.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and looked like the photos. It was fine for one night.

Cons:

There are no closets, the tub could have been cleaner. There was a terrible guest next door who would not stop talking extremely loud and had the television on full blast for the entire night and morning hours.

Amazing stay
Pros:

I stayed here for the weekend for a birthday trip for my fiancé the place was clean and pleasant, no complaints, the only “issue” was a 150 security deposit that I found out about 2 days before being there it was a last minute thing but I figured it out plus you get out back after you check out.

Bewildered 🤷🤯
Pros:

The young man at the front desk, "D", was very nice and went out of his way to be accommodating and friendly!!

Cons:

When I went to check out, I'd experienced something I've never been thru in 40 yrs of going to any hotel. I was being checked out and without saying anything to me, the desk clerk left to go check out our room to make sure the security deposit wasn't needed. I was left standing there, not knowing if I was done checking out, nothing was said until I asked the manager, I assumed, am I done checking out??!! She proceeded to tell me the clerk had gone to check out our room to make sure basically that we hadn't destroyed the room and so on. First of all, we only stayed one night and my husband and I are in our late 50's-early 60's. Not your typical rambunctious young people who may/may not "destroy" a room!! Furthermore, typically if your security deposit is used, you usually find out within a wk or so after your stay. You usually don't stand there waiting for a clerk to come back to see if there's any damages. The clerk was just doing what he'd been told to do and I understand that!! Should've been better communication and proper training!! Knowing the hospitality service for over 35 yrs, this should've been handled much better!! Our honeymoon was at this exact hotel 35 yrs ago this date, different name then, but it had a kitchen fire during our stay there 35 yrs ago and we were moved to another hotel, due to smoke damage, etc. So this could be an omen for any future reservations for this location. Overall the room was great!! Very clean and comfortable bed, quite affordable!! Management needs to have better training and communication skills!! And fyi, there wasn't anything damaged in the room. If I were managing this property, I'd be more concerned about the clientele that are there with pets in the rooms.
