Absolutely filthy
Pros:

I wouldn’t eat the breakfast because the place was so filthy. It was in a good location.

Cons:

Absolutely filthy. I had to sweep, mop, and scrub my own tub & sink. It smelled badly. The hallways were filthy and sticky. I was offered to have my reservation cancelled, leaving me no place to stay when I complained. They had the nerve to email me to say I was offered a different room, which absolutely was not the case. It needs to be shut down.

First time ever having an awful experience.
Pros:

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property.

Cons:

This place was GHETTO extremely run down and out dated elevators are definitely not up to fire code , the environment is low par. Ppl rolling blunts out in the parking lot god knows what goes on inside this hotel, questionable ppl surrounding the hotel in the parking lots . Not worth a penny to stay in this place . Place is filthy inside and the grounds of the hotel. Looks nothing like the photos, this place needs to be shut down and have a serious renovation and classier staff working. This was more like Motel quality. Book at your own risk

Pros:

The staff were nice.

Cons:

The smoke detector beeped for an hour waiting for someone to come change the battery. There was a half used hairy bar of soap in the shower, there was something crusty on the bathroom counter. They gave me a new room, and that one was missing washcloths.

A complete disaster
Pros:

Cons:

This place was a total dump. The pictures that are posted on their website are not legitimate. My family and I did not feel safe while being here and there were multiple things that were wrong with our room that management refused to take responsibility for. We will never be back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

I like the location of the property. Every convenient to stores and restaurants.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the beds didn’t have plastic over on it, our room floor with covered in crumps and little pieces of trash when arrived, and more than 3 of the bathroom towels had long pieces of hair on them.

Pros:

The staff was Nice ..The Property Smh Yes the room was upgraded but you can tell that the old room was still there..if that makes sense..It had a weird mildew smell..I thought the Elevator was gonna break Down on Us multiple times..the Pool Was DIRTY AN DISGUSTING ..WIll Never be back Again
