Fine.
Pros:

The hotel was much more run down than expected. There were “locals” hanging in the parking lot playing loud music. Location was great though and they accommodated our pup so all was fine. Just fine. Not great. Not good. But fine.

Cons:

The smell and the cleanliness we’re in need of improvement.

The rooms need electric iron, and I know you can not smoke inside your room that is very good, but a lot of them smoke hard drugs on the parking lot. Please try to put stop on it. Thank you very much

Cons:

There were bugs in the hotel, no one clean the room from the staff the entire stay, I saw huge roaches in the facility, I forgot items when I left and apparently they aren't there. I had to disinfect my clothes and bags to make sure that none of these bugs entered my home after my stay, especially the roaches.

Stay overall was disappointing.
Pros:

Room was clean. Breakfast was well done and clean.

Cons:

Bed was too small. Pool outside in bad need of repair and no handicap capabilities. Cleanliness around ice machine was disgusting dirty. Cement around entrance to outdoor pool is cracked and In bad need of repair same around pool. Overall outside of building needs a lot of attention.

Had a great stay
Pros:

Love the beds and the bathroom. Room was nice. Staff was nice.

Cons:

I liked everything they just needed to fix their pool ladder and steps. The mini fridge is room 147 needs to be replaced bc it was in the lowest setting and still froze all out drinks. I would recommend getting another waffle maker to make things go a little faster!

A little disappointing
Pros:

Great buffet, breakfast, somewhat friendly staff, clean rooms nice comfy beds

Cons:

Well, I was a little disappointed because at 11 o’clock at night someone’s dog was barking and I told the front desk about that when I checked out before I checked out and they didn’t seem to really care. They should not allow pets at that hotel or any hotel hotels, especially dogs.

Comfortable 4th of July weekend Stay
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Williamsburg I-64 for three nights. Overall, it was a decent stay with a mix of positives and a few areas that could use improvement.

The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's only about a mile from the Williamsburg Premium Outlets and less than four miles from Colonial Williamsburg, making it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. There's also a great little bonus nearby—the Big Scoop Ice Cream shop is just a six-minute walk away and is definitely worth a visit.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the parking area felt safe, which gave us peace of mind. Our room was clean when we checked in, and overall, it was comfortable.

One thing we found a bit strange was that the room didn't have a closet. It wasn't a major issue, but it was unexpected and made unpacking a little inconvenient.
Our biggest disappointment was housekeeping. We stayed for three nights, and our room was not cleaned even once during our stay. Fresh towels, trash removal, and a quick room refresh would have made a noticeable difference.

The complimentary breakfast was okay—nothing exceptional, but sufficient to start the day.

Would we stay here again? If they added a closet, then maybe. The location, friendly staff, and clean room were all positives, but improving the room layout and housekeeping service would make a noticeable difference.
