The staff was top notch. I felt the entire staff from first contact to check out was always willing to help and give me everything I needed without fault. Also the level of security when leaving the casino area to the lodging area, was fantastic. I love how a room key is needed to access the elevator to the rooms.
The fact that instead of taking my word for it in person, I was made to show up in person to authorize my room guest. It was much of an inconvenience to do so.
The location is well it was cleaner than expected
Great location, great value, clean rooms
I don’t like using the keys to the elevators
Nothing
Room smelled of mold, smoke and mildew. People were smoking weed right out in front as you walk in the front door. The toilet was short and the water in bowl was too high.
MAs seguridad del parqueo
Everything was great, quick, and easy. Hotel was pretty nice and the area was cool as well. Staff was great. We had the king size bed none smoking room. The room was pretty clean. Not too much noise where our room was located. All the amenities we wanted were in the room. For two nights we spent about $270, which was good on the weekend close to downtown Reno.
That they are pet friendly
Water pressure was good
It was rather dirty, lots of stains on the chairs and etc and there were lots of homeless people outside
Hotel itself was clean staff where friendly my room wasn’t bad considering it was a pet room
the front desk agent. She is not professional at all.Talks rude and when I couldn't connect wifi and upset she said I shouldn't have come in.Everything is filthy in that hotel,as I am from Las Vegas and working in a big resort I reckon this kind of filthy place should not exist even in Reno. The good thing I will never ever go back to that hotel even it was the only hotel in the world. It was our first visit to Reno and most likely the last one.
The black lady at the front desk needs a raise.
To smokey.
