Never again.
Pros:

The hotel was advertized as a 4 star hotel and it was more like a 1 star. Very old facility, used and scratched furniture, tub not draining, elevator dirty, and many homeless people at the parking lot and the sorounding.

Cons:

Registration staff member was polite.

Not much

Cons:

It was duty, the staff was not at the front desk for almost 20 minutes when I arrived, my room smelled like smoke. It was the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel where I was genuinely afraid of bugs being in the bed. Thankfully there weren’t any. If it weren’t so late at night when I got there I would have left.

Room price was good
Pros:

Not much except the room was clean

Cons:

Shower valves all loose and leaking with a mss of white caulking. WiFi did not work.
Upon departing there was no coffee and water with folks waiting we took a pastry, thanks and got coffee at a local shop

The room was cheap enough and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

No vending machines, the room was hot and poorly cleaned. The ac unit was blowing out clumps of dust, the shower floor was visibly dirty and the hair dryer had someone's black hair on it.

The rooms look really well kept there's no burn mice on the blankets or the bed the bathroom is clean

Unfortunately for management, the hotel was surrounded by gang bangers and homeless. With three 15 years old girls in tow, we kept driving. Didn’t feel safe.

Dirty lobby, dirty rooms, broken AC, half size pillows, crappy WiFi, sketchy parking lot, non-smoking rooms REAK of smoke, no vending machines.
