Staff was amazing
Area is sketchy room was good but the toilet / shower needs work
It was fairly clean, but it was comfortable and reasonable.
We found hair on the floor of the bathroom.

The hotel was close to I-80 as we were driving through to California & back, and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked, the shower had hot water, the shampoo etc. were sufficient. The drive through drop off & pickup space were convenient.
We had two wait both visits for someone at the front desk. They insisted on seeing the ID of everyone in our party. No food on premises. The "diner" is a short order cook prepping things at a counter in the casino. The carpet was worn, the wallpaper had holes. One room had a running tub that couldn't be turned off. The entry light flickered badly & drove us nuts. Many outlets were "tired" and struggled to hold a phone charger. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy.
Beds were very uncomfortable, end table was sticky, there were 4 of us and yet only 2 bath towels, 2 coffe cups ECT...

WiFi was unavailable in the room during the whole duration of my stay, I reported it and was left unresolved. Also the deposit hasn't been refunded yet.
