My wife and I had a late checkout (1pm). At about 9am, the cleaning crew arrived. They parked their carts in front of our door and proceeded to talk out loud. I opened the door and looked at them thinking that maybe they would start doing their job and move to the end of the aisle. But no, they looked at me and continued to talk up a storm! I got dressed and went downstairs to talk to the manager. I told him that we had a late checkout and he confirmed it. At that point, my wife showed up and told me that the cleaning lady told her that she did not know that we had a late checkout! We went back to the room, and they proceeded to keep chatting. My wife and I washed up, got dressed, and we were out of there by 12pm. Very disappointed! No apologies from anyone. Miss communication with the night shift and the cleaning crew on the day shift.

Mostly good. Would probably stay again.
Pros:

Location and breakfast. Quiet for such a busy area.

Cons:

1 desk staff person. Spoke quickly and hard to understand. We did not have our room cleaned after the 1st night and he didnt want to give us water for coffee the next morning unless we paid for it!

Accoglienza inesperta. Poca disponibilità e preparazione del personale alla reception al check-in ed al chechout. Pre pagamento richiesto di 25dollari non specificato sul sito. Poca professionalità anche per il personale di pulizia. La vasca/doccia era sporca di capelli e la signora delle pulizie ha iniziato a bussare alla porta della camera ininterrottamente dalle 8 benché avessimo il chechout. Hotel fuori dal centro su una superstrada. Wi-Fi non di. Colazione a pagamento non fornita. Pessimo

Cons:

Not very sound proof. People coming and going all hours, slamming doors. Also, you hear the water pipes as people use the bathroom. Flushing toilets, showers. We were on the third floor and above us you can hear people moving around. Good price but I'd rather pay more for better privacy.
