Room was great, spacious. Big for a family of 4, staff were kind and friendly, location was great not far from the safari.

Having stayed at the Crown on several occasions when visiting my Son’s family, I fully expected a good 3 night stay and I wasn’t disappointed. Staff friendly, room fine and food very good.

Room was extremely hot, couldn't leave window open as the generator outside was so loud , bathroom fam couldn't be turned off ans was loud, plug for bath didn't work so couldn't bath the baby , furniture was a bit tatty

Staff were very good willing to help with everything.
Sunday dinner was terrible, beef was tough and could not eat it the broccoli was mush. I did tell the staff and they offered to not charge but was not looking to for free meal nust wanted them to know, so turned their offer down. Later in the evening they gave us 2 free drinks.

check in was awful, room was tiny with no windows and fan just pushing hot air around the room, staff were very inhospitable, bad experience would never go near the place again.

Weak shower and toilet didn't flush properly. Also for £70 a night, it was overpriced especially as breakfast had to paid extra.
