Room was clean and comfortable
Overall stay was good. Felt extremely sorry for the young lad serving breakfast he was on his own clearly needed to another member of staff. Over 20 minutes wait for a coffee is not acceptable. I did offer to help him out

The crown was a perfect location for a one night stop when travelling with my elderly mother from North Yorkshire to Dorset on the motorway to break the journey. Food, facilities and staff were great, indeed the location offers a lot for a longer stay to explore the area. We had an accessible room with two double beds. Excellent value.
I had to ask on arrival for the second bed to be made up despite it being requested in the original booking? Soon sorted.
Breakfast was good , location ideal for wedding reception in the town.
The room was very warm and noisy as no windows just Skylights which one of was slightly open .

It was very cosy and pleasant and very comfortable and would highly recommend.
All was good but it needs more staff to do the breakfast as we waited 30 minutes for breakfast and the lad was on his own so maybe more staff for efficiency.
Room was great, spacious. Big for a family of 4, staff were kind and friendly, location was great not far from the safari.
