Nice room
They will not give me an invoice. This is idiotic. Its a piece of paper. Just give me the invoice. I already paid for it.
Location
Breakfast too expensive
Breakfast was good, stay was fine
Nothing
Andy and Bonnie are fabulous!! Great customer service!
The location and the breakfast was good.
There was a BAT that came out of our bathroom and was loose flying around in our room.
Very nice experience overall. Nice staff, clean room in perfect shape, and even the restaurant was decent, including dining outside along the river. BUT the room walls are paper thin, especially when you have one of those inter-room doors in your room. A couple guys came back to the room next door at 11 pm and they may as well have been in our room. They weren’t doing anything wrong, just talking, but I had to plug into a podcast and put a pillow over my head to sleep. I wonder if IHG can do anything to reduce noise coming through those doors
It was so close to town, it was close to the hospital I was assigned to that weekend.
How the homeless man put his dirty socks on the bench in the smoking area and they stunk up the smoking area. I reported it to a staff member and the next day, the socks were still there.
We liked the breakfast and the pool and location
We didn't like our bathroom door was stuck when closed so we had to fight to get out and we couldn't sleep Friday night to much noise from across the river we didn't sleep till around 3 even with tv on it was ridiculous loud
Very good location
That it was pet friendly
