It was comfortable and clean and we would use them again.
Pros:

The room was clean & comfortable. We did not spend a lot of time in the room. It would be nice to have a mirror in the room to use when dressing. We had a good visit and we were comfortale.

Cons:

Not enough for towels for the three of us. The bathrooom vent was very dirty. And a mirror in the room would be nice.

Good price for value, but didn't feel cozy or very enjoyable.
Pros:

The room was clean, and beds comfortable. the area around is easily accessible with a car.

Cons:

The hallway is very very long, and was inconvenient with luggage, it also smelled like cigarettes and we saw cig buds on the elevator floor, even though it is supposed to be non smoking. The room had only a night light in the room (aside from the entry area) so it felt very dark and gloomy. The overall decor - orange and blue walls, along with the lack of light (somewhat institutional vibe) made for a cold and uninviting feeling for some of our party. Other's were not as bothered, so it's clearly a personal preference.

Great place
Pros:

Convenient location to the airport and very easy to use the bus stop at the airport (3 minute drive)
Clean room. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

First room on the first hallway, slight noise issues at that spot, but by no means a complaint. If you are a light sleeper just request a room further away from the main hall.

Fastest way to relax and enjoy the Buffalo style hotel stay.
Pros:

Location. 15-20mins closer to the airport. They have free tea & coffee in lobby. Staff were very good and help. The best part is they have free bus shuttle service to the airport pick and drop .

Cons:

Our room was 161 it is bit near to exit door on the other end of the hotel and have to walk a long towards the lobby.

It was okay for one night.
Pros:

I liked the courtyard, it was a nice place to sit and relax.

Cons:

I didn’t like the constant sound of water dripping in the walls. That woke us up several times during the night thinking there was a leak coming from somewhere. The smell from the laundry area was strong and unpleasant. Not sure if it was bleach or a trash smell. It was right across from our room.

Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff. Always smiling. There is a coffee stand and hot and cold drinks throughout the day and night free of charge. There is a small grocery store that sells snacks and toothbrushes.

Cons:

The beds in the room were a bit small.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Pros:

This hotel has the most unprofessional staff. They are very rude and unfriendly. They currently have a power outage problem in one section of the hotel where I’m staying. They are unable to fix the issue and when I ask for help they hung up on me. I’ve been waiting hours for the lights to come back on. Very unprofessional and mannerless staff.
