It was okay for one night.
Pros:

I liked the courtyard, it was a nice place to sit and relax.

Cons:

I didn’t like the constant sound of water dripping in the walls. That woke us up several times during the night thinking there was a leak coming from somewhere. The smell from the laundry area was strong and unpleasant. Not sure if it was bleach or a trash smell. It was right across from our room.

Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff. Always smiling. There is a coffee stand and hot and cold drinks throughout the day and night free of charge. There is a small grocery store that sells snacks and toothbrushes.

Cons:

The beds in the room were a bit small.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Pros:

This hotel has the most unprofessional staff. They are very rude and unfriendly. They currently have a power outage problem in one section of the hotel where I’m staying. They are unable to fix the issue and when I ask for help they hung up on me. I’ve been waiting hours for the lights to come back on. Very unprofessional and mannerless staff.

This is a decent hotel - and the prices are often quite good.
Pros:

The rooms are fine . Their's a bar connected to the hotel - which is nice. The customer service is good. It can be hard to find parking. I'll go back.

Cons:

The pictures online made the property look much better than it actually was. When I am paying almost $300 a night I expect more out of the room. There were no blankets, no carpeting, two towels. I feel that the charges are based on being close to the airport and I understand that.

A Great Place to Hold Your Next Event
Pros:

We recently attended a reunion for folks serving aboard the USS The Sullivans held at the Buffalo Airport Hotel. It was a great experience. It is an older hotel located conveniently next to the airport and not a part of a chain. It can provide both meeting rooms and a larger banquet/meeting facility. While it doesn't have a restaurant within the hotel, there is a casual restaurant attached and other options nearby. The hotel did provide a buffet breakfast for our group, a cookout and buffet dinner as part of the service for our event.

I think it's very best feature is the staff. Everyone from the folks at the desk to the event staff went out of their way to to make our event and our stay the best possible.

Other than the restaurant, it was a disappointing stay.
Pros:

We liked that Wingnutz was down the hall, so we could arrive in the evening and still get dinner without leaving the porperty.

Cons:

One of the beds was loose on its frame. It literally rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The bathroom was small. The only thing updated about the facilities were the photographs on the wall, which were nice, but it was like putting lipstick on a pig.

15 perc sétára a reptértől, étteremmel, tiszta, rendezett szobával. Ingyenes shuttle busz a teptérre, kedves, segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

Az ár-érték arány nem az igazi, a papír vastagságú falakon minden áthallatszik, a tv-től az üvöltve telefonáló szomszédig, bár ez nem a szálloda hibája. A berendezés a mi szobánkban már elég kopottas volt.
