Absolutely an amazing experience and super friendly staff. I highly recommend staying I one of the train car rooms

We stayed in one of the train car rooms and it was a wonderful experience. So cute and cozy, and clean. We will definitely be coming back.

Our stay at the Hotel Chalet made our first visit to Chattanooga extra special
Pros:

Unique historic property perfectly located for getting around the city. Beautifully maintained, inviting outdoor seating areas and games. We loved the pool! Great meals at the on-site restaurants. Live music on the patio made for lovely evenings. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and totally professional. We would definitely stay again!

It was okay. We tried to enjoy our anniversary but it went a little different than expected.
Pros:

It was okay for our first time. More than likely won’t return.

Cons:

We were told the water in the room was free, we were charged $7 instead on our bill. The cleaning lady knocked on our door once and didn’t give us time to respond. So of course we didn’t have on clothes trying to get ready to go to the pool. They also said you get a 10% discount if charged to our room. That didn’t happen either.

Great place just felt under staffed
Pros:

Great room good location and kids enjoyed the pool area

Cons:

Stayed for 2 nights room was not cleaned or towels replenished in that time and clean towels around the pool area either.

Something different to do!
Pros:

Gorgeous property, in walking distance to various restaurants. The train cars were fun and historic to stay in.

Cons:

The beds in the train cars are terribly uncomfortable. The end train car gets very hot in the summer time and we requested to be moved inside (our gage was reading 84 degrees at one point).

Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. We stayed in the main building, not a train car. The care that was taken in making you feel like you were back in another period of time was extraordinary. And it was close to lits of eateries too.
