Wonderful few days
Pros:

Room on ground floor very large, lovely pool area, good bars with live music each day & night

Cons:

Rooms very dark need more lights especially for older person. Was charged for a water we didn’t have but were quickly refunded once I pointed it out. Would have liked an information pack in room.

Incredible for classic train lovers
Pros:

EVERYTHING FROM STAFF TO TRAIN CAR AND IN BETWEEN
Showers are AMAZING 1) pressure was the best I have ever experienced. 2) the handle was at the end where you enter the shower which is now a goal for future shower design in new home!
The bed was decent, not too soft not too firm.
AC unit was a bit tricky at first to adjust but once figured out it was ice box galore.
Windows were so cool. Wished the shades were separated more than one panel on one side and two along the other.
Bathroom was good size for two people.
Shelf’s along the top of the windows were perfect to set small items on
Grounds around the area was very cool to walk around. A great deal of historical value within everything
The train station was amazing
Evenings were so nice as we could hear live music just around the corner
Door dash knows how to find the place so easy to have a meal without leaving the car unless you want to.
Pool area is very nice!

Cons:

Wished there could have been a small microwave hidden in the car for convenience but it would have taken away from the theme so no real negatives on this one.
Coffee bar at a cost which was disappointing, pastries as well. Good quality just surprised there was not a complimentary pastry and drip coffee for guests.
Ice buckets must be obtained at the front desk and unless you ask you won’t know this is the deal
Staff loved our little dog Nugget and he loved them!

One Night Was Not Enough
Pros:

The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo was such a fun and memorable experience. The property has a unique atmosphere that blends historic charm with modern comfort beautifully. The upgraded train car rooms were incredibly creative and made the stay feel special instead of just another hotel night. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, cozy, and welcoming.
The staff truly stood out during our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome from check in to departure. Even though our stay was short, they made it meaningful and relaxing.
The location was also perfect for exploring Chattanooga. We only had a short amount of time in the city, but this hotel made us want to come back and stay longer.

Cons:

Honestly, the only downside was not having enough time to fully enjoy both the hotel and Chattanooga itself. One night did not feel like enough. Parking and navigating the area can be a little busy depending on arrival time, but overall it was a wonderful experience.

Pros:

Nagyon tetszett a koncepció, a vasútállomás kihasználása. A vasúti kocsiban alvás nagyon romantikus volt. A kocsi jól felszerelt tiszta volt. Nagyon értékeltem, hogy figyeltek az apró részletekre pld. a fürdőszoba kiegészítők nagyon tetszettek.

The beds were comfortable
The room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night and didn't get to enjoy it very long. Highly recommend this hotel. Also a great location.

Schönes Hotel aber nicht in Ordnung wie hier gehandhabt wird.
Pros:

Tolle Lage 🚂

Cons:

Uns wurde am Abend gesagt dass die Parkgebühr für eine Nacht 5 Dollar kostet dann wurde eine Parkplatz Gebühr von 22 Dollar verrechnet. Heftig 🥺
Es wurde beim „Check in“ eine Kaution von 75 Dollar abgebucht die dann erst 1 Woche später retour bezahlt wurde. Finden wir nicht ok diese Umgangsform. 🤨

The train car room was the just perfect. Clean, decor is plush and luxurious. The facility and staff were perfection.
