The restaurant was great and the game room was a hit for our kids. The fire pits were also amazing.
The porter and staff for our room at night was not helpful when we had an issue with the bedding.
Beautiful views in this comfortable room
Tv Cable was not working, but service man came in and got it working
Location and many amenities including a game room to entertain our kids.
The only complaint we had was walking down to the front desk late one night the gentleman working at the front desk was playing loud rock music which seemed completely out of place and inappropriate.
Staff was excellent. location too'
Bathtub and sink did not drain properly plus curtain by the bed was broken. They did come and fix the plumbing
Clean comfortable and great location for the park
We prepaid for the buffet breakfast and received a slightly lower price. However, in my opinion, the breakfast was horrible. The original price is $17.99. That’s outrageous. Everything else about our stay was fine. I wish we would have eaten breakfast elsewhere.
The restaurant was nice
We weren’t able to get into our rooms until 1&1/2 after the check in time and we had a wedding to get to. They took off the amenities fee which I don’t think they should have. There weren’t any amenities worth paying for. The grounds were not kept up at all. The view from our room was gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
My son enjoyed the game room. Pool area looked fun. We did not use it.
It was a little dated. Lighting was not great in the room. The room seemed small compared to the other Holiday Inn we stayed at on our trip. It was also the most expensive room we had.
Lobby ,pool,business cenete
room numbering was not right
Had a great visit here. Highly recommend.
Fire pits and Smores! Room design was nice. Location convenient!
We weren’t there long enough to find anything wrong!
Great location, close to downtown and park. Spacious rooms and excellent amenities including pool, exercise, games and more. Fire pits outside are a perfect place to enjoy the late evenings and wind up the day. Jessica and the staff at the breakfast were nice and friendly. Loved the whole experience. Thanks
Can’t think of anything that was missing 😊
I loved the chicken biscuit. Hehe!
I don't travel often. There isn't a laundry basket for used towels and I feel bad for the staff.
Location
The noise of the air conditioner was very loud in the room :(

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your Holiday Inn location in Estes Park.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and below the standards I normally expect from Holiday Inn. When we arrived around 4:00 PM for check-in, our room was still not ready. We were asked to leave, take a drive around town, and call back later before returning to see if the room was available. After a long day of travel, this was very inconvenient, especially with family and luggage.
Additionally, the bathroom condition in the room was poor. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use, and the bathtub did not have a stopper, which was inconvenient for our family during the stay.
Overall, the room and service did not reflect the quality and comfort typically associated with Holiday Inn properties. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that these issues are addressed for future guests.
