Beautiful decor and smell, excellent facilities and food in restaurant, very helpful staff
Access system between rooms was not great and you could get locked in corridors if you didnt have key card or card did not work, no lift and difficult for elder guests to walk up and down steps with bags, no forthcoming help from staff with the bags

Hairdryer was probably meant for short hair only. Missed conditioner as well.
Veľmi pekný, príjemný a kvalitný hotel v Nitre.
Nenašli sme chybu.
Prostredie v okolí hotela bolo nádherne a hotel celkovo pôsobil naozaj luxusne. Personál bol veľmi príjemný a ústretový. Wellness bol okúzľujúci a bolo tam všetko potrebné na oddych ako napríklad fínska sauna, parná sauna, bazén s masážnymi tryskami a aj oddychová zóna. Hotel má aj vonkajší bazén, ktorý je vyhrievaný. Raňajky tiež boli vynikajúce, množstvo jedál na výber a všetko bolo naozaj výborne. Veľmi milé bolo aj privítanie na recepcii s prossecom a pri odchode nám darovali vynikajúce makrónky.

2 hodinový wellnes by mohol byt na každú dospelú osobu , keďže sme boli s malou dcérkou a striedame sa na wellnese bolo by dobre keby obaja môžme na 2 hodiny a nie si ich rozdeliť po 1 hod
