Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer mit Terrasse und Kaffeemaschine

Cons:

A very nice hotel with panoramic view, SPA,very good breakfast & personnel. Really enjoyed the stay!
Pros:

Wonderful panoramic view of the city. Enjoyed swimming pool (looks like only for certain residencies). Nice AC. Very nice spa, but maybe a bit too hot in the relax area. Massage was very nice and professional. The hotel has very polite and welcoming personnel!

Cons:

What could be improved: the door to the terrasse is very close to the furniture - a bit hard to go in. Faucet in the bathroom was loose and knocked on the sink when opened / closed. Not critical. Massage room temp was too hot.

Für jeden Ruhesuchenden das perfekte Hotel.
Pros:

In jeder Hinsicht, zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende. Äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr ansprechende Wellness-Oase. Top Aussicht über die Stadt. Ansprechende Wein- und Speisekarte. Kontinentales Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros:

The staff is incredibly welcoming and makes the hotel stay very pleasant. The bed is extremely comfortable.
The hotel is located in an unconventional location. The spa is truly special.

Cons:

Accessibility is lacking.
There is no grab bar in the bathtub. Access to the room is via stairs. The pool also lacks handrails for entry.
The path to the spa requires using a large number of stairs

Pros:

Výborná lokalita, super výhledy z teras, čistý a příjemný bazén. Přátelské prostředí, ochotný a komunikující personál. Snídaně velmi dobré, stejně tak i nabídka jídel a nápojů v restauraci. Postele pohodlné a všeobecná čistota. Rádi se vrátíme.
