Very clean & easy access to Sunrise Highway!

I like the presentation
I loved the staff, Linda on reception was lovely and very helpful. Maria who cleaned the room was very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. Hotel was spotless and location was fabulous.
I would have preferred a better variety of warm cooked breakfast but breakfast was still very good.
The room was clean. Free parking was available, with always enough space.
The hotel was quiet, and we were not disturbed by any noise.
The hotel has laundry facilities, which is very convenient for a long-term stay.
The shower was not working properly.
Communication with the hotel was not easy, as they did not check or respond to messages in a timely manner. Although I informed them that I would be arriving late, they still recorded a no-show.
Another major issue was the pool. The hotel only notified me a few days before arrival that the pool would not be operating, which made it practically impossible to change my reservation at that point. I stayed for 14 nights in August, and the pool was never opened during my entire stay.
clean, good staff
breakfast was not good, a lot of processed food, no fruits besides bananas and apples, even yogurt was mixed with sugar with machine, waffles, nescafe coffee from the machine, nothing was real and healthy. This hotel should do a better job providing a good healthy breakfast for all guests. Even basic plain yogurt without additions and good freshly brewed coffee. For the price of $230 that i paid the breakfast was not good.

Ho soggiornato spesso negli hotel Best Western, soprattutto in Europa e più raramente in America. La mia esperienza con questo specifico hotel è stata negativa a causa della scarsa professionalità del personale. Al mio arrivo, ho notato che il telefono in camera non funzionava. L'addetto alla reception mi ha detto: "Vengo subito a controllare", ma non si è mai fatto vivo. Non ho mai visto un hotel in Inghilterra o in America che non offrisse bacon a colazione, oppure uova sode, frutta o yogurt vero (a differenza di quello servito qui, che ha l'aspetto di qualsiasi cosa tranne che di yogurt). Mi fermo qui, anche se potrei continuare a elencare ciò che non ho trovato all'altezza degli standard della catena Best Western.
The staff
Not safe. Anyone can get on elevators. It’s a motel . And people who didn’t appear to be guests walking around the property
Had a wonderful stay at this motel. My room was clean, well appointed and the area was quiet and safe. Linda made me feel welcome and a valued customer. The motel was located in an area where there were shops and restaurants and close to the roadways that I needed to take to get there and back home. The hot breakfast was delicious; with a nice assortment of food to choose from. I definitely recommend this motel and will certainly return when I am in the area again.

Rooms very clean and up to date. Parking was free. Staff were friendly.Breskfast buffet was very good.
For a 3 star price could have been lower. Pool should have been fixed. Have a feeling it has not been fixed in quite a while.
