Clean and quiet
The location was good but there was no view. We did not have breakfast.
It took forever for the heat to warm up the room.
Property is older than many of the lodging choices available but it has been well cared for and updated to meet the needs of today’s travelers. Property is located about three quarters of a mile from the entertainment strip where most of the theaters and activities are available. Our room had two queen beds, midsized refrigerator, microwave oven and individual cup coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee pods available with sweeteners and powdered creamer. The typical full breakfast available at many lodging locations today was available from 6:00 - 9:00 each morning. Because of the location being away from the entertainment strip, it was very quiet each night. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of activity in Branson, at a very reasonable rate, this may be your perfect choice. Highly recommended and will consider staying here in the future if we return to Branson. If you desire a larger breakfast experience, try Goode’s Uptown Restaurant which is just a short distance from AAIS. Their breakfast buffet is very good and they offer a discount for veterans.
Only recommendation would be placement of a floor lamp in one corner of the room where there is no light source. As a result the area where the overstuffed chair was located was not lit enough to be able to read any printed material.

Except the unpleasant room odor, I suspect the ac filter, the facility appeared clean and very well maintained.Housekeeper was super helpful, friendly, and gracious., parking at the door, quiet location. Appreciated microwave/mini fridge and ample seating. Ample hot water! Quiet room.
Poor lighting in the room, poor to unsafe lighting in the back parking lot, foul odor permeated the room, breakfast was sub par: no fruit, fresh or canned, no yogurt, no make your own oatmeal or grits, coffee was weak or poor quality.

There was no light switch near the door.
Only one electrical outlet not already in use and it was in an inconvenient location.
Staff was nice and the facility was clean!
I asked for Handicapped room and didn’t get one !! The toilet was very low, no extra bars in the bathroom and walked a mile to my room and it was very difficult!!
LOVED our stay here!! Beds are so comfortable. Facility is older but well cared for!! Great breakfast but you need to get down there early before they start running out. Great value @$48/night. Very clean! Staff and Owner are great people
Could add fruit to breakfast. otherwise we have nothing to suggest. A well run Hotel for people who aren't high maintenance.
It was mostly clean. Staff was nice.
The shower curtain had mold on it. It needed to be changed.
