Amazing hotel with amazing owners and employees
Pros:

How friendly the front desk is and understanding they are and the room was amazing, the food was great. The location was perfect for us. I definitely will definitely recommend it to family and friends if they ever go to branson

Cons:

Nothing really. Just the rolling chairs are a little dangerous for kids my daughter fell over in the chair because it leans that way when you sit down just a bruise on her side from the arm of the rolling chairs but other than that there was nothing I didn't like

Completely enjoyed until the bathroom.
Pros:

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The hot breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The toilet wouldn't flush properly and kept running water all night. The shower was plumbed wrong. The hot was cold and cold was hot. Sadly, hot was only warm.

Pros:

Every time we walked into the facility the clean smell was great! No muggy smell because of the carpet and how most hotels have that lingering scent. The area was quiet. Breakfast was OK. Really liked the tropical fruit they served. Price, was very good and staff was great too.

Pros:

The beds were very comfy. We enjoy a firmer mattress and that's what they have. We would recommend staying with them and next time in Branson we would stay again. Our maids name was Sandra Hernandez and she did a wonderful job.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was that the vending machines didn't seem to be working or else they were full of money and couldn't take anymore. If that was the case it would be easily taken care.
