Breakfast counter handled by a single person only and the sitting location cleaning takes minimum 15 min otherwise we need to sit with dirty on the table.
Couple of times did not get hot water and microwave also did not work.

Cons:

It was extremely dirty. The shower was dull of stains and dirt. The sheets had strands of hair. It was definitely not cleaned. There was a foul smell on the hallway

Not a clean place, the customer service is bad

it was a nice location near American Dream

Cons:

The place was not clean at all. We called and complained about the floor that was not clean at all. My kids walked bare foot and their feet was super dirty, we washed their feet twice and the floor was just so nasty. Found some hair on the side table where the telephone sits. The bathroom floor had stains, and the bathroom was stinky. It smelled bad. There was hair on the towel too. We called the management in the lobby. they said they will call back in a little bit. But they never did. During check out the next morning we complained again. they said the manager will call us. We have not yet received the call yet. Very bad customer service.

Hay más gente de la que se puede albergar, 10 minutos esperando ascensores para bajar a desayunar, la gente sube con las cosas del desayuno a sus habitaciones por el escaso espacio. En el loby tienen un servicio extra que te lleva a “times square” son un desastre el conductor es un malheducado, llego 20 minutos más tarde y para colmo nos gritó como si fuera nuestra culp

Pros:

Nothing to say good because everything was messy and dusty

Cons:

The room cleaning was worse and the windows was so dusty walls was so dusty. The stuff was unprofessional. I request to give me paste and brush and they said I have to come downstairs. Poor experience
