Comfortable, clean and centrally located in Auburn.
Pros:

We drove in from Massachusetts and the hotel was very easy to find with ample parking. The check-in process was a breeze. The previous hotel that we stayed at (not HI) took at least 25 minutes to check us in. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was to our liking. It's too bad we didn't have a longer stay.
