Wonderful we found our Hotel for our Tampa stays!!
Pros:

Good location close to where we needed to go and they provide a shuttle bus! The staff is very friendly and helpful

First room we checked in, the housekeeper spilled coffee on the floor when you walk in and on the bathroom sink. She then came in and voiced "I thought I could beat you before you checked in to clean it up" room overall felt dirty, drawer had dried up food/drink inside of it, couldn't use for my clothing. Next room was clean but not worth the money I paid. Both shuttle drivers were not friendly at all, we acknowledged them both, trip to our destination was awful, had to open the door, lots of sighing as if we were disturbing her time, second driver sat in her seat scrolling on cell phone, we also acknowledged her saying hello and nothing. Maybe they need to seek other employment because they had no care or customer service skills. I will not stay at this location again due to the staff and poor cleanliness of the room.

Wonderful stay while attending the Bruno Mars concert.
Pros:

We had a room on the 10th floor, and the bed was wonderful. The lifts were efficient, with very little wait time to get back to the room. The bar downstairs is a gem. The staff went above and beyond. We used the shuttle service to go have dinner the first night we arrived. Lovely restaurants close by on the Riverfront. We enjoyed our time there, then grabbed an Uber to the Bruno Mars concert and had breakfast before we checked out. Parking was very close to the entrance to the hotel, which is always a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Serve my purposes very well for cruise both ways most of the staff was very accommodating
Pros:

Wednesday night happy hour free shuttle was especially helpful location was great downtown close to most places

Cons:

Pool was not convenient to access. No sports for football nights, decor could be updated

It was decent. Nothing exciting or some place we would come back to for the price.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to go. Friendly workers.

Cons:

It was more worn down that I imagined. Needs a paint update. Just seemed that the front entrance was the only thing that was updated and decent. Everything else felt old and outdated. The showers were backwards. have to get wet to turn them on since the door only opens one way. The Air condition kept going in and out and turning off. There was no way it being set at 67 degrees and being hot in the room it reached its max. Every 10 minutes it would go on and off. For as much as you pay, you should provide some sort of breakfast. I know its different and the excuse is a marketing thing, but that's really not an excuse. Someone is always trying to cut costs at the top and charge a lot for an overnight stay. The vending machines on the floors were out of order for a few days we were there and it was dirty in those areas. It wasn't overall bad, even though it seems like complaining. It just didn't meet the expectations based on the pictures and the price.
