The location did not have any local amenities, the coffee machine did not work, breakfast was not included, the holding fee took over 5 days to return to my account

Great value for the location but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

A great value for the location. However, be advised that this is not a four-star hotel...three at best. Very outdated with a very peculiar color scheme. The staff was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms are small and the plumbing is a bit backed up. For the value, it works but be clear that the rooms are not very nice.

This property is directly across from the 1.8 mile marker on RiverWalk Tampa, FL.

Cons:

The beds are lumpy but I still slept well after I fell asleep.
