Great place to stay location-wise!
Pros:

Location is very convenient for us since it’s near my daughter’s house when we visit.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet had the same food choices every day. We got tired of it by the end of a week-long stay!

Pros:

This may be the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had decent pillows. And a mattress that didn't have a giant dip in the middle. It was quiet, and the little gym was nice.

Friendly staff/good Blue Ridge Parkway trip location
Pros:

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We like the updated bathroom. Good decor in the hotel. Good furniture in the room. This is a great location to stay at during a Blue Ridge Parkway trip.

A beautiful and uplifting experience of Southern Hospitality
Pros:

I am currently homeless, schizophrenic, jobless, formerly incarcerated, recovering from addiction and have been through a tough time lately. I was stuck on the street in the area and I had limited means of communicating the way I was needing to in order to get help with my situation. When I walked in and asked if I could use the computer for a little while to do some research they did not hesitate to welcome me in and make me feel right at home with no limitations as to how long they expected me to stay. The staff spoke to me like they cared deeply about making sure that I was treated with the highest level of courtesy and respect possible and it restored the hope in my heart that i so desperately needed. I am more than grateful and have been inspired to share the same love everywhere I can moving forward. Truly a blessing from God!
