We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! Our room was large and well appointed. We had a nice view of the city, and the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff provided amazing hospitality, especially the Concierge team. The bar and restaurant were good. The breakfast that was included had an amazing array of pastries. The eggs were undercooked and runny, but everything else was great. Dinner was also good, although the service was a bit slow. The location of the hotel is convenient to the Metro, a shopping mall, and a variety of shops and restaurants. It felt like a safe neighborhood to walk in. We would definitely stay here again. We also used the transport service (SD Transportes) recommended by the hotel, to shuttle from the airport, and to and from Valle Nevado. Their rate was very competitive, and the driver, Jose Luis, was wonderful.

Todo, las instalaciones y el personal fue extremadamente atento. No te dejan tocar la puerta de entrada, siempre hay alguien que ya la está abriendo. El restaurante no es el mejor dejan tocar Santiago pero se come muy bien y tiene buen servicio. El desayuno excelente como pocos.
La cochera es amplia y fácil para estacionar. Pero había zonas sucias con aceites y pegotes el el piso. Habría que hacer algo.
