Desayuno bueno, tiene variedad y puedes elegir.
La atencion del personal, es solo aceptable; no excepcional como en otros hoteles que he visitado.
Ubicación y desayuno
Olor a humedad en las habitaciones por la alfombra, mala relación precio calidad (no vale ese precio y no es 5 estrellas, quizás lo fue hace 20 años ), mala recepción a la llegada, nunca estuve en un 5 / 4 estrellas con tan mala atención. Falta de atención al detalle (la habitación contigua pidió servicio a la habitación y desde la noche de ese día, hasta el otro día a las 11hs seguía el plato en el pasillo. Malas instalaciones por ejemplo el baño (te sentaste en el inodoro y te pegas las piernas contra la pared, la ducha moja todo el baño. No volvería por ese precio sinceramente

Le falta un poco de renovación al lobby, en algunas partes luce algo viejo. En la habitación había una parte cerca del lavamanos que se veía en un poco de mal estado
