Cons:

Smelled like mold when u first walk in bugs in bathtub sheets were stained yellow just way to many things for the 170 that was paid an the breakfast that’s so worked up was not any better than a days in donut breakfast

Pros:

Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Rooms were so humid they felt wet. Had to change rooms 3 times. Second room was dirty and third room also felt wet but it was late and we just took it.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable, located right in front of pool so noise was a factor and moisture/humidity from pool caused room to be humid and sheets to feel moist/damp.

The location was great for moving in to Daisy Hill Dorms at KU. really comfortable bed and bedding/pillows. Quiet and clean. Great Value

Just wonderful.
Pros:

When we checked in it was late. There were a couple staff behind desk still and you could tell they liked their jobs. They gave us excellent service.

Ok for a one night stay. I would not spend an extended stay here.
Pros:

Location and parking were great. Staff greeted us with warm cookies.

Cons:

The pool in the middle of the hotel made it incredibly loud. The room was incredibly mediocre and the paint was peeling in the bathroom around the tub and door.
