Drenched in toilet water
Pros:

I stayed in Room 203. While I was in the bathroom, I heard the toilet in the room above me flushed and suddenly my head and back were drenched with toilet water. When I got into the shower to wash it off the shower handle came off in my hand. Clearly the toilet in the room above has been leaking for a while because mold had started to grow on the sagging Sheetrock. I reported the issue to the desk clerk, as I was checking out. She stated that they had no manager on site, but that he would call when he came in. He did leave me a voicemail stating that he was refunding $53.31 to my credit card. Apparently the folks at Hampton Inn Louisville feel that $53.31 is all it’s worth for you getting drenched in sewer water.

Stay Was Ok.
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Air conditioner rattled. Pretty clean. Tub clogged so much I could have taken a bath instead of a shower. Not good. Breakfast was good. Overpriced for what it was.

Love the location, comfort and staff.
Pros:

The ability to have the bar open longer than most hotel bars was awesome. Ee stayed up late one night with our friends and enjoyed our time so much. Staff is very friendly and added to a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK. Only thing I thought could have been a little better.
