Pros:

Nice pool for the kids. A lot of good choices for breakfast.

Cons:

Asked for King sized beds only got Queen size. Charged for parking.

It was ok, not the best Hampton Inn that I have stayed in.
Pros:

The room's one queen bed made horrible sounds when you sat on it or moved, as if it were rolling over. My granddaughter cut her toe in the pool. I asked for a tissue to stop the bleeding. The front desk person was on the phone, handed me a tissue, and never asked if I was ok or if she could do something like get a band-aid.

Cons:

Being with my family.

Great location and walking distance everything downtown Louisville!
Pros:

It was a great location. The pool is actually pretty big and we enjoyed it! The breakfast was decent and workers nice!

It was a great stay! Loved the shampoo and thick towels in bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Great location, but noisy!

The location to local attractions is excellent!

Cons:

The noise of the traffic was ridiculously loud in our room on the fifth floor. There’s really not much the hotel can do about that, but be aware of it.

Cons:

Many structural issues. Sidewalks sloped from building so we could hardly push the cart full of luggage without it sliding sideways. Self closing bathroom door a hassle- no fan movement so bathroom was constantly humid with no way to air it out. Air conditioner blew right on bed so noisy and chilly all night, hard to sleep. Refrigerator barely kept drinks cool and no freezer option for our ice packs to freeze up overnight. Breakfast food so-so- omelettes were rubbery. Just disappointing overall.

Louiville is a place full of surprises.
Pros:

Had to change room, staff were excellent in meeting with our request. Parking pentiful and 24hr security.

Cons:

A little more attention to the breakfast service as items were not replenished within a sensible time.

Pros:

The staff made you feel very welcomed, the area was exceptional, everything was in walking distance loved it

Cons:

I didn't like tge fact they charged my card one price then when I got to the property tge price went up $100..add on fees that wasn't mentioned when I made tge reservations now that!! Was disappointing!
