Fijne locatie met geweldige service en faciliteiten
Pros:

Faciliteiten waren geweldig, ook wel eens lekker een ontbijt van het menu te bestellen ipv een buffet. Fitnessruimte was zeer professioneel.

Nice hotel and location but the customer service experience could have been better.
Pros:

Modern, clean hotel in a quiet and safe area, which was perfect for overnight stop outside downtown Nashville.

Cons:

The only issue we had was with breakfast. Our reservation through Booking clearly included breakfast, but in the morning we were told we had to pay. Even after showing the confirmation, the interaction at reception felt dismissive and unfriendly, which left a negative impression.

Not a restful stay due to extreme noise

Cons:

Not enough parking and the staff allowed children to run all over the lobby and hallways. Block the front entrance to the hotel playing hockey and did not respond to noise complaints.

Pros:

The room was great from the amenities to the pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No fault of anyone's really but the time we booked it, there was remodeling going on with the pool area/garage.
