I’ll never accept a room on the top floor again. The AC noise and vibration was horrible!
Cons:

Whoever was the maintenance person used clear , shiny silicone to caulk the toilet to the tile floor. The clear, shiny silicone made it look like someone pissed on the floor and left a puddle there on the floor.
The coffee maker and the tray were stuffed in the large tray so tight that you couldn’t reach the switch for the coffee maker and you would have to bust a nut to get the small tray out to access the switch.
The coffee pod packages are so very difficult to open, you have to bite them with your teeth to rip them open!

Staff. I asked if my MB number was entered and was. Told yes. It wasn’t. I asked if their bar had vodka ( 2nd time) and again it didn’t.

Relaxing atmosphere and peaceful place
Pros:

I found in the hotel enough place for myself with time to think about nothing and everything to get relax and peace in mind and deep rest in the body. It was exact what I looked for.

Convenient hotel, comfortable bed, broken amenities, adequate service.
Pros:

It was available for booking and had late check in. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Had to call front desk 4 times before someone answered to confirm I could check in late. Card programming system was down, staff had to let me into my room with a key, and let me back in if I left my room. Mini fridge wasn't working, groceries went bad overnight.

The housekeeping team and the hotel’s location were probably the highlights of my stay. The housekeeping staff were professional, courteous, and maintained the room to a high standard throughout my visit. The location was also convenient and added significantly to the overall experience.

Cons:

However, I experienced major security concerns and incidents during my visit, which I reported to hotel management. I am patiently awaiting the outcome of their investigation and hope a thorough and transparent review is conducted to restore confidence, ensure accountability, and prevent other guests from experiencing similar situations in the future. Pros:

The chef was very nice. Decent location and bedding. Quiet neighbors.

Cons:

We thought Breakfast was free of charge, but it was a little embarrassing from someone who came and asked us to pay first to eat. We should be notified at check in so we can prepare for it.

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

There was a sports team staying there and they weren’t monitored by parents - I was woken up prior to 0730 by kids running and yelling through the hallway and banging on my door. Not the fault of the property.
