Location excellent. Breakfast above expectations, plenty of choice, staff friendly and helpful.
Also, fabulous was that we took the dog, everything great, even able to take dog to breakfast with us, though sat in a separate area (obviously), which was fab, as much quieter than the 'main' dining area.
Disappointed as sink in bathroom, had a major crack in it, (though no leak), just thought hotel standards would of been higher.
Everything else about room/stay was great.
Great location to explore from Mumbles, Rhosilli etc. Check-in Receptionist was great, room comfy clean and tidy.
Really friendly staff who gave my kids an ice lolly on arrival as it was the hottest day of the year. Great location with a lovely view of the harbour from our room and a really good buffet breakfast with everything you could wish for (the chef would cook you something fresh if you preferred (such as an omelette)). Room was clean and a decent size for the 4 of us. We stayed 2 nights and it was a lovely experience.
The hotel is showing its age a little bit, but at this price point it's not a problem at all.
Lovely location, view of the marina and beach. Staff were brilliant even gave us use of a wheelchair when my grandson twisted his leg on the beach to get to plantasia and ninja warrior. Food was great my grandsons couldn't get enough of the ribs and steak. Staff were great bringing milk and tea to the room . Good hot water for the shower and bath when we used them. Always stay here when we go to swansea close to everything museum, LC2, bus depot, tesco, parc tawe, arcade, beach and marina, just down the road to mumbles.
Not found anything to dislike. Never had a bad time there.

The location was great closer to the beach and marina/ city centre. Several places to go for food
When I got into my room there was sand on the window seal . Someone should have inspected the room and make sure it was clean before anyone is checked in. I saw it as a minor issue so I didn’t bring it up

The location of the hotel is amazing. Right at the heart of Swansea center and next to the beach. Plenty of good café , bars and restaurants close by.
The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit too noisy, with the sensor keep switching the unit on and off during the night. That sound was pretty loud that could wake me up.

The Air condition unit inside the room was a bit loud at night time. Had to switch it off to be able to sleep. Old style AC.
