My room with a view had misted up windows between the double glazed so nothing could be seen..at all, bit ginetta inspected and upgraded me immediately.

A good hotel, well located, very comfortable room with great Staff
Pros:

The Room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to have the air conditioning in the room for these warm nights. Staff were great in the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is in a great location for the marina and downtown. It was great to have parking just across from the front door of the hotel.

Great place to visit
Pros:

Perfect location for a relaxing time at the beach, the hotel has beautiful grounds with picnic tables and a gazebo, plenty of parking spaces, 5 minutes walk to public transport, supermarkets and city centre for shopping

Cons:

Sunday morning English breakfast was lukewarm, fried eggs were almost leathery, on Monday morning the hush brown were soggy. Tuesday morning’s breakfast was so much better

Hotel ok service disappointing also the staffs response.
Cons:

Received an email a few days before our stay offering extra services. Selected the romantic package as we were just married only to find nothing done although I did receive an email confirmation. Very disappointing as we can’t recreate the moment.

Pros:

Prima hotel voor een prima prijs en ook nog een schone kamer.

Cons:

Het raam (tweede verdieping) is onklaar gemaakt en kan dus niet geopend worden.
Prima voor degene die eruit willen springen, maar als je alleen frisse lucht nodig hebt, is het jammer.

Fantastic hotel & good breakfast.
Pros:

I was upgraded & despite booking my own room, I had 2 double beds. Room was fab. Toiletries great as the writing was big on the bottles, so you could actually read them without glasses. Breakfast was great & not rushed. Had a lovely view.

Cons:

The hot food selection at breakfast was a little crowded. You had to reach right over to get to some of the items. It wasn't really a problem as such - just an observation.
