Location and the staff
The mattress was very not the most comfortable
The staff were super friendly and helpful
It was a shame that the window could not be opened. The aircon alternative was super noisy and even after I turned it off because it was too noisy for sleeping there was an odd loud clicking sound which kept me awake a lot as a result I did not sleep very much as it was either too noisy or I was too hot.

Good location.
Hotel needs a good refurbishment. Windows were dirty, not surprising as the hotel is near the beach . No fridge or mini bar in the room. Room 115 very near the entrance , so it can be noisy outside with people walking by
Very clean and quiet place
Very comfortable room & bathroom. We came to watch the half marathon and the location was ideal and also pleasant to be right next to the sea.
My wife had a bit of a problem with the wifi, I was told you didn't need a password but when she tried to get on-line it insist on a password etc.
There was a slight issue when I got into my room with the drain in the bathroom, it was solved quickly. Then a problem with the wardrobe doors which again was solved quickly.
All staff were very accommodating and helpful.
The staff were lovely - especially at breakfast.
At first I didn’t like not having an opening window - but the aircon was fast and probably more effective!
It is very close to the beach, and the start of the half marathon

Location was fantastic, staff were extremely friendly and helpful
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, didn't get a great night's sleep
It was a positive stay. The hotel met our expectations, Convenient for all aspects of the area and quiet.
The Swansea half Marathon was on. The hotel did inform us a week before .
However if we had known earlier we might have changed our arrival dates.
We accepted there would be delays but it would have been helpful if reception staff had more information regarding
exit times rather than just relying on the Marathon mapand information.
This is only a little niggle.
The room in particular the bed was great, plenty space and comfort.
The breakfast was fantastic: freshly cooked etc
by the chef who was very friendly. So was all the staff.
The location was excellent to walk around

It was not possible to open the windows in the bedroom... very annoying
Breakfast was quite good. The kids said that the Premier Inn has a wider selection.
Pillows were lumpy.
