Excellent seafront location ,friendly staff and a good choice for breakfast. Plentiful parking.
Outdoor seating area is in the car parking area and you have to pay for parking per night.
The staff were very welcoming and gave excellent customer care.
The bedroom was small, the doorways were narrow and the bathroom was also too small for my needs. The staff did all they could to accomodate us but we were unprepared for extra costs ie parking and service charge.
Breakfast was very good, waiting staff were excellent.
Rooms were good with air con, but could do with a small fridge.
No facilities on or near the beach.No ramp down onto the beach, makes it difficult for elderly people , disabled and pushchairs to use this perfect beach.
The location - next to the lovely beach and sea
The AC is antiquated - we had to change the first room we were offered as it didn’t work. In the second room it worked but was so noisy all the time. And even set at the minimum 16 the temperature in the room didn’t match that setting
Well-kept, beautiful foyer, location was fab, and rooms kept clean. We loved the variety of the breakfast and the staff were super friendly.
No mini fridge which would have been helpful to keep our own food and milk cool.
Good food, excellent staff lovely surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the enthusiastic welcome at breakfast and the cheery disposition of all of the staff we encountered.
We stayed for three nights in order to visit family in the area. We were disappointed on arrival that there was no coffee maker in the room and that we were unable to listen to radio. There was no radio in the room and the TV did not have a radio facility. The only way was to cast to the TV by Chromecast from a mobile phone which is fiddly to say the least. We felt that these items should have been provided, given the cost of the room. When we brought these up with the Reception staff, they said that the Kettle was the "coffee maker" and that the TVs were new and they didn't know how they worked. Although the staff were charming, we felt this was a disappointing response. We loved the enthusiastic welcome at breakfast and enjoyed the attention to detail and excellent professionalism of the waiting staff on our first evening. We were disappointed with the gluten free option for bread. This was often dry and uninspiring and when served as toast, was usually burned. To be honest, the Breakfast Buffet was very small and difficult to access. We noticed several shorter guests (and children/teenagers) struggle to reach over the two rows of hot food. Otherwise, we enjoyed the food and really enjoyed the welcome of the staff.
Beautifully located near the beach, close to shops and transport hubs, made getting around on foot a breeze. Generous sized rooms, super friendly front desk staff, and legendary housekeeper who was incredibly helpful.
Only thing lacking is was no fridge in room, otherwise it was perfect for our needs.

Location is good, we walked from the hotel into the mumbles during the annual air show and it was great.
Room was dated as with most Marriott Hotels these days.
