Relaxing, and friendly staff the surrounding areas where great
Pros:

It smelt amazing when you walked in the staff super friendly loved the grateful board in reception , the beds were so comfy and the view from our room was amazing

The staff were very friendly and efficient. I had left my cell phone in the Uber and Milo on reception was most kind and helpful in the retrieval of it.

Transitional hotel
Pros:

Maribel at the bar/restaurant was wonderful.. an absolute sweetheart. She made every morning more enjoyable, and I think she should deserves to be recognized.

Cons:

The windows don’t open for proper air circulation… I brought my cat since I’m in between moving and honestly for spending 10 days here with no windows. It’s a bit suffocating.

Cons:

Didn’t have complimentary breakfast and/or coffee… parking price was outrageous. Should t have to pay a high price to park when you are paying a high amount for the room.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

It's very close to the airport and university. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, the restaurant has good food.

Cons:

There's nothing in walking distance of the hotel. That's obviously not the hotel's fault.

It was a bad experience with this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel over booked for that night they could not check me in and they asked me to go find a different hotel. By the time I got to the hotel it was 1:30am and it was very difficult for me to trying to get a room with a different hotel with my two a little kids so that was very frustrating.

Pros:

the pool area being indoor is nice and the jacuzzi the breakfast is good but a buffet would be better for options, room is clean, there is also a little program to color and write your thoughts by the entrance which is nice

Cons:

pool is kinda dirty in the afternoon, the ladies at the dining area need to be more genuine with smiling at customers, no microwave at the room which is odd cause other hotels have that available
