Pros:

A clean hotel, everything in the room was spotless. They accommodated an early check-in—thanks to the guy in glasses at the front desk. There’s a good selection of snacks available at the reception area. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were excellent.

The checking in part the booking part . The being next to ice machine on the first floor by all traffic no rest. Booked for 2 beds got 1 but took so long to check in I just wanted to sleep. So had to share a bed so uncomfortable. Dirty sheets and had a funky ass smell. Breakfast was given to us and that was the best part honestly!!! The host was super sweet breakfast fresh was glad to leave.

Cons:

they had changed our room to two full beds even though i had registered for a king size and it was more money. it was our honeymoon and we were told they were overbooked and those who do not book with the hotel get downgraded first. the manager did get us the room we originally booked for the remaining two nights. they gave us coupons for a free buffet breakfast but honestly it was inedible and i am not too picky…the scrambled eggs were rubbery, the pancakes impossible to cut with a fork on the edges…it was disappointing

Overall stay was ok except for the beds being uncomfortable.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was able to fulfill my request for joined rooms.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. The capeting on the third floor in the hallway has a wrinkle going down the center which made it a little difficult to walk because I have a disability.

I enjoyed the hotel the thing i would change is that there is no hot tub

i liked that for the most part it was clean and organized, i like the dove products, i love the bathrooms
