Chambre côté cour au calme. Fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Le vol.Ma fille a laissé sa peluche Stitch ( environ 30 cm) dans la chambre en quittant l'hôtel. Malgré 2 appels téléphoniques dans l'après-midi et un retour sur place le lendemain matin , la peluche est introuvable. Difficile à faire entendre à cet établissement qu'un membre du personnel a volé la peluche d'un enfant. Alors oui c'est juste une peluche pour certains mais c'est révélateur.

Het ontbijtbuffet was erg smakelijk en vollop keuze. Heel vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Kamer wel erg warm, airco werkte matig. En goed om te weten dat als je een auto hoger dan 1,80 hebt (dakkoffer bijvoorbeeld) dat parkeren je onmogelijk wordt gemaakt. Zelf de parkeerplaats op 20 min afstand met metroverbinding erbij heeft een paal met hoogte 1,90 . Op straat parkeren mag vaak maar 2,5 tot 5 uur lang. Succes dus. Als iemand dit had verteld hadden wij niet gekozen voor Toulouse

Very central and walking distance to everything! Nice staff - very welcoming, speaking many languages, pleasant.

Cons:

Room access card system needs an upgrade. Fast. We stayed for 2 nights and pretty much upon each return to our room had to go down from 4th floor to get our card working again. Once I went 3x - which is no bueno. I noticed other guests having the same issue.

Excellent je reviendrais
Pros:

Très belle surprise ! Emplacement idéal pour traverser la ville et ses centres d'intérêts à pied.
Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, de commerces et d'attractions.
Chambre tout confort, spatieuse, salle de bain suffisamment grande avec bidet ce qui est rare !
Petit déjeuner continental et service excellent. Personnel très serviable et agréable.
Très bon accueil et conseils. Parking sous terrain en plein centre juste en face de l'hôtel avec prix préférentiel raisonnable.
Je recommande ++++
