Pros:

Friendly staff, clean spaces both inside and outside. The breakfast was great 👍. Everything in the rooms was working. The hand wash basin in the bathroom was a but old as evidenced by chipped surface that can labour harmful germs like bacteria.

Zentral gelegen, für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Harare vollkommen ausreichend!

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Innenstadt sowie umliegende Geschäfte (z.B. SPAR) waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Ich wurde von einem Hotelmitarbeiter über WhatsApp privat kontaktiert, da ich angeblich noch einen offenen Betrag für eine Taxifahrt zu begleichen hätte. Zunächst ging ich davon aus, dass es sich um einen Scam handeln könnte. Nach einem längeren Gespräch mit der Rezeption stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass es sich vermutlich um eine Verwechslung der Zimmernummern gehandelt hatte. Unabhängig davon empfand ich es als sehr unangenehm und unprofessionell, dass ein Hotelmitarbeiter mich über seine private WhatsApp-Nummer kontaktierte, um eine angebliche Geldforderung geltend zu machen.

Was quite comfortable and the staff were great.
Pros:

The staff wree great. Even more so when i saw notes from housekeeping asking me to enjoy my day. That was heartwarming. And oh, I loved zambezi beer, btw!

Cons:

Some of the bathrooms could use upgrade. I stayed there at 2 different times, almost a week apart.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and there were several convenient charging options, including USB-C ports, especially useful for guests whose plugs did not fit the available sockets.

Cons:

The bathroom had an overhead shower above the bathtub, meaning guests had to step into and out of the tub to shower. This was inconvenient and could pose a safety risk, especially when the surface was wet.
