The close proximity to train and trams
the wc door squeaked. our room had a terrible outlook
This was my third stay in about two months Perhaps a little foresight with room allocation
I love that it was close to Southern Cross station and that there were several choices of fastfood and restaurants nearby.
We were in a room on the 1st floor and can hear loud knocking on the entrance door around 1am. Unsure if it was a guest checking in late or just random people on the streets.
The location was good, close to the train station and food.
The size of the room was ridiculous for the price, the showerhead kept falling off and hitting us in the head, the sink kept wetting the carpet, there was no good airflow in the room it kept getting stuffy.
And even though we were going out of our way to go all the way downstairs to smoke, I’m assuming because of the way we look, we were accused of smoking in the room and were charged a fee from it, even though we were almost certain it was the room next to us, as the hallway stunk but our room did not, and again, we were going out of our way to go all the way downstairs to smoke and yet were still accused of smoking in the room. Oh and the elevator in the standed wing was clearly broken, buttons barely working, shook like crazy and the screen that shows what level you’re on only worked half the time.
