Bed is abit uncomfortable amd was leaning towards a side.
Perfect for a late check in. Well located for trams and trains. Stay often because of the convenience.
The proximity to the Southern Cross railway station.
I arrived by myself after midnight. Had difficulties getting my luggage up the steps. Thankyou to the young woman inside at reception who helped me get the bag down the stairs. Once in my room I couldn't find the light switches as they were not near the door and I was unaware that I needed to put the card in the slot, which was around the corner, because I couldn't see it!

I would like to have had a continental breakfast, something lite as I can't eat much in the morning. I had to pay the same price for a big breakfast. Went to McDonald's for a $12 breakfast 🥞.

The direction to ramp entrance is confusing as the business they reference moved, and a bit of a walk for disabled. Misinformation on emails about lunch being offered. The bed in our room was on wheels and moved Everytime you tried to get in or out- dangerous as we both have mobility issues.
