I really love the location, very conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne within walking distance to the theatres, shopping and many eateries. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Will definitely stay here again
The size of the room and bathroom was very small. In the bathroom you could not every bend down to get dry once exiting the shower. Very small inconveniences for the positives of this accommodation and location.
Location opposite Southern Crosss Station is very convenient
Hotel is in a great spot near southern cross stadium. Staff are very polite and helpful.
Flashing sensor on ceiling inside hotel room that flashed randomly with a quick bright light during the night. My room being next to AC box on outside wall that made a lot of noise constantly.
Location, room and price
Just having to go reception to check out then back in lift to exit. There is stairs but with luggage it's too much for mu knees.
